- In this video, I review step by step how to export a large, filtered SharePoint List into a CSV file using Power Automate, a total of 42,000 records in all. I'll be using the OData query filter and show how to identify the SharePoint columns name.

Thank you for your video! It helped me successfully export a long SP list.
Hello @user-ft2aug4tn1s,
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and that it was able to help you out. Reach out any time if you ever have any questions.
It looks like not doable!! i followed same step but got threshold error!!
Hello @nidhishah1353, thanks for reaching out, how many records and columns are you looking to export? Also, do you have any filters in your query?
@@tw-waytek i have records like 6519. When i followed your video i could export only 5000, more than that it said Threshold limit reached. Columns i exported was 2 only, text columns.
@nidhishah1353, did you turn on Pagination and change the threshold limit to something like 10,000?
@@tw-waytek It looks like this works for an instant trigger, but the Scheduled trigger has a limit of 5,000 on the pagination threshold :(
Hello @1987Geraint, thanks for your insight, I'll see if can replicate the issue when running a scheduled trigger and post my findings.
