10 week old parrotlet talking, says "pretty bird"

Kiwi was handfed and raised by me from 3.5/4weeks . He is friends with my Jenday conure conure, and multiple Budgies. He recently started practice chatter, mimicking both phrases he has heard, as well as the Budgies singing.
