For any one who cannot find the arc tool in their toolbar:
1. Click on the ellipse at the bottom of your toolbar
2. You'll see a window containing all your tools
3. You'll find the arc tool there
4. You can drag and drop it to your Shape tools collection for future use

I've been working on Photoshop alone for 10 years and thought that adobe illustrator would be easy, but everything was difficult even though the user interface is practically the same. This video has helped me a lot. Thank you brother!
He's GREAT! I've struggled trying to find how to do this and that because I don't want to be a designer just need to sometimes make something easy or edit a file. I ended up frustrated, giving up must of time, and ready to throw my computer. I finally broke down and tood this whole course and it was worth it, even for my limited needs. Plus, he's awesome. I love his personality that comes out in the video.

I study Art too and, yeah, we do not really learn so much technical stuff in class, but we learn to important stuff, means we learn how to come up with good project concepts. The realisation of the Project is important too, but it s usually enough to learn the basics of a Software in class and then ask your teacher for help and Tutorial recommendations, that Help you with special Things, you need for your project.
Of course, I can understand, why people think, you can learn stuff like Software by yourself, but - how I said - learning the Software ist not the hard part, learning the Skill to create good art is what you go to College for.
I feel like an expert after watching this. It's over 3 hours long but to me it was double that cos' of how engaged and practical I was. Thank you so much for this fun and detailed tutorial Dan 🙏🏼🔥

I am truly thankful for anyone who provides free courses and I understand that such tutorials are very helpful for many people. However, I think the best way to learn a new software is to make something using that software, like small projects, rather than trying to understand the whole software in one go.

started with this course 2 years ago and trust me, not only that this course is absolute gold but the pen tool is the best thing you can have as a designer. it's sometimes even faster than pencil tool and a drawing pad, if you've mastered it enough

I Have spent my entire day watching these videos. They are FANTASTIC! I start school in 2 weeks to go for a graphic design degree. At first I really thought that illustrators are just for those who are inherently artistic. But I decided to give it a try through this tutorial and man, I can already imagine what stuff I can do from after finishing this course. Brilliant course, even 3 years old! Came in with lots of familiarity with photoshop and inkscape and wanted a good overview of illustrator before wasting time playing around with finding my tools. This fit the bill perfectly! Thanks for highlighting things that Illustrator does uniquely well, too. Awesome.
