Marvel & DC Statue Room Tour August 2021

- It was time to update my museum tour video. Much has changed since the last one. The puck lights cause a bit too much shine on the camera lens even at 25%, but they are much more impressive in person (visits are welcome), photos after the video are better. I really like these lights because I can add sets and still use the one remote to control them all even though each set comes with their own remote (so I have extras, when battery dies I just will have to grab another remote). I like the look of light over top of statues (sun effect) when I can!
I am very particular and picky in my collecting and I must be able to display to my museum liking. You don’t see me sell very often except when they do not fit my arrangement or I get better ones, as in the case of my wolverines (got Sideshow ones and selling the Bowens). I get asked all the time to sell and 99% of time I have to disappoint.

I appreciate the different scales together so your eyes are always moving around the displays. I think it looks great. Love the Namor pieces. DOnt see him too often
I love mixing different scales to get the most use of space while not blocking each other!
Very complete collection! At least according to Marvel! I can feel the love and effort you put! :D I ain't a fan of so many different scales put together but that's subjective. Very nice keep up!

Nice collection! I have a similar case with the mirror backing and glass shelves, but you're a braver man than I. I never put anything heavy on them, but it looks like they can withstand some weight.
I ran 3/4 x 3/4 strips of wood screwed into the sides all the way along the depth on both sides to support the glass on mine instead of pins because I had a shelf give on me once and ruin some statues. Sad day and a hard lesson.
@@Paulinho_Punisher sorry to hear that they gave out, but that's a good solution to fix the issue. I might have to try it myself. 🙂

Nice collection bro. Looking at how much room you have and how you utilize the space 👍🏼.. I said to myself I need a bigger room lol, more space is a must. Sometimes I want to go back to buy smaller statues but I’ve come along way from them. All my 1/3 or 1/4 scales take up all the room. Had to buy bestas from ikea then make my own type of shelf’s.. I have shelves for my plastic horror figures that are 1/4 to 1/6 if they fall I’m not to bummed but to put my resins up there idk lol… there mounted into the studs in the wall but I’ve seen CZcams videos something happens that the statue breaks I’m like fuuuuuk…. Lol I don’t even trust the bestas but there real simple there’s no shelves just basically a big square with a divider .. all my smaller ones like from “Kotobukiya “ I had to put back in the box … I always applaud people’s passion in collecting even if there 1:8 or 1:10 scales , got to start somewhere…
Thanks bro. 1/3 are too big for me. I own one Batman because I have the Display are just for him, but couldn't get anymore 1/3. I like to arrange statues to utilize space, but still look neat ,tidy and meaningful. Love my 1/4, but for some reason 1/6 is still my favourite scale!
@@Paulinho_Punisher I hear you boss, I have a few Dragon Ball Z and super statues and there’s are typically 1:4 if your lucky or usually 1:6. The problem with some of those the 1:6 don’t look like it because of the dynamic pose they look larger then most. Since they’re shaped like that they take up a lot of space . Yeah much respect on the Batman I have that one too. When there as they say “museum posed” they can be pretty much put wherever as long as there’s not a height restriction lol. Then u can just put a lot more next to each other.. I have mortal kombat resins with that pose and I have 5 of them together… But you have a very nice and clean set up, sometimes I want to show mine but it probably look really amateur compared to people’s videos like yours.. But when I show people at my job they trip out …

Curio cabinets bought from Ashley, but you can sometimes see people selling theirs! Punisher Cabinet I made myself!

That's a nice Collection my man. That Hawkeye on that mantle that I have displayed just may be a Grail Piece. As well as that Punisher on bike. Also is that a custom cape on that Wonder Woman?? I have seen it displayed several times but most people don't plug it in to light it up. Including myself. Lol. Looks great lit up. Great Job. Thx for sharing.

Where did u buy those statue pillar stands and how much were they? Can u provide the link?
I make them for $150 CAD each, but sometimes you can find similar ones on Marketplace! I am in Courtice Ontario Canada if you are local I can make them for you to yours specifications. I have made numerous styles for people. Also made the one with the Punisher on the motorcycle and the corner shelves!
