I bought and sold many things and rearranged my setup.
Info:
Shelves are Ikea Besta and Pax.
Custom mirrors for the bottoms and backs of all my shelves.
Custom clear acrylic doors.
Warm LED puck lights.
Statues are from Sideshow Collectibles.

Great display. I was really inspired by XMen aswell as Batman. I remember watching this stuff as a kid and it blowing my mind with the style and stories they would tell. Dealing with social injustice , mental health, loss and love.

I just thought man i saw a lot of statues collection tour videos and none of the collectors had put the statues behind glass to preserve them from the dust and right in that moment you talked about the plexiglass protectors and the dust problem...kudos for this!

Great collection. I watched ur other statue room tour awhile back. This one is awesome as well since u got rid of some things and replaced it with others that u like more. For me ur holy grail would b the Doom on Throne and the Galactus. That's an older Sideshow piece I wish I had known about when it was still selling. Both pieces are very hard to come by now on ebay at times. Very rare to see. Nice new touch with the plexiglass now. Great mixture and thanks so much for sharing.

As someone who also grew up loving the X-men animated show and 90s comics and cards, I'm extremely impressed. I came for the statue tour and was floored to see the 7.0 xmen 1(my collection grail)! Have you looked into buying any of the animated series' cels? I've got one framed of magneto and professor x and love it. Anyways, thanks for sharing!

Just started, so far I have MK, dragonball z,and some marvel legends pieces some from.when I was a child, Inprefer statues but for the cost in enjoy some figures for now

Fantastic updates to your collection! I really appreciate you sharing. Your previous collection video had a huge influence on my display set up and the direction I have taken my collection so thank you.
I love what you did with adding the acrylic doors. I have been trying to figure out a way of adding doors to my display shelves for so long. Could you possibly explain a little bit more on how you did the doors? I'm pretty sure getting custom clear acrylic cuts from Home Depot or Lowe's would be fairly inexpensive but how exactly did you attach them. I have been trying to figure out a hinge solution but for the life of me I can't come up with a cost-effective idea.
I see in your video what looks to be velcro and screws. I'm curious about the seal and how well they protect overall against dust. Also, if you do you need to move around statues how easy is it to access?
Thanks dude! I found a place online that cuts plexi. It’s about $20 per standard shelf I think. I have a strip of foam around the edges to seal the doors and then Velcro Which was my first attempt but it wasn’t strong enough to hold the doors. The screws is the way to go. Use that along with thin foam strips to seal the dust.

First time on your channel and this is a fantastic display. No lie, I got hit with a wave of nostalgia at 24:22 when I saw that Xmen arcade game screen. I totally loved playing as Nightcrawler. Speaking of which, don't recall seeing him in this collection tour. Space issue or just not a fan of that character?

Amazing collection. I like how you put the mirrors behind the statues on the shelves. Great idea! Question for you as a experienced collector. If I have a statue displayed on a stand in front of my lcd tv, will the light emitting from the tv, damage/fade the paint of my statue in the long run? I knowing may be a dumb question since most collectors have lighting in their displays, but I just wanted to be sure. These statues aren’t cheap.

Truly Inspiring collection. I've got a ways to go before I retire from the game. There's just too many cool pieces of extraordinary characters coming out, that I grew up with reading in the comics. Lots cosmic Marvel characters coming out. And as a collector, your really sucked in when you start buying customs. I always tell people who want to start collecting, are you sure about that? Lol
Thanks so much! I like staying away from customs just so I have to wait longer for stuff to come out. There was a time that I used to buy everything but I felt I was being more of a completionist rather then enjoying what I got.

I put a shelf tab near the top of the mirror and it holds it back. Super simple but it works perfectly!

Hey, what kind of shelving do you have the bestas sitting on top of? I've been looking to do something like that so my collection sits a bit higher off the ground, and whatever your using looks perfect.
They are bestas. Half cubes. It’s great to raise the statues off the floor.
