So what happened? Why? And what was Nintendo thinking in making or publishing these lovable losers. Let's take a look!

The fun thing about most games that don’t get sequels or any additional entries in their respective series, is the fact that the fans are willing to make spiritual successors where the IP holder isn’t.
This is why I have more respect for indie game devs than AAA developers, including Konami, Capcom and Nintendo.

Agreed. Games like Stardew Valley and Sea of Stars are good examples

I played the Starfy games for the first time in making this video. They were so much fun.

Thank GOD you got an authentic copy of Chibi-Robo Zip Lash! I was terrified you emulated that masterpiece. Thats a great investment.

Starfy is probably the one with the most realistic chance at a revival if only because the series was popular in japan for a while and the developer is still around. But its in that same kind of limbo adventures of lolo is in that it wasn't popular enough to continue long term and a certain other series became much more popular that nintendo felt Starfy was redundant.

True. It's too bad about Starfy cuz I enjoyed those games. I forgot about Lolo. That brings back memories.

I wanna ask you a question. What's so unique about your videos? When I think that this can be made any other interchangeable channels, what makes you think I will remember you after I click off your video.

I hear ya. A fair question. I bring well researched game facts and history put together in a fun easy to understand way. Mostly I bring my personality and how I do game history. I want it to feel like we're going on a journey together discovering how great games or bad were made, their impact and get a feeling of what the world was like in each gaming generation.
This was a short fun video but I have a bigger more in-depth video coming soon. I wanna build the watchable museum of game history. Thanks for your comment it helps me more than you know. I hope you'll keep watching 👍
