I didn't use any guides or anything, but from memory, I think adamantoise in ffxv took about 20 mins to beat? I never understood why they said that on Conan. I think I was at about 70ish hours of gameplay for the whole game when I did it, so I thought maybe it was a weird mistranslation or something.

I love the hero of time the most, he's literally one of the strongest Links there is in the entire Zelda franchise, specially if he wears the Fierce Deity Mask, he's the strongest because he can change time and space, even travels through time as well, changing time events like this also changes the history, but that could lead to a risk

What if I were to tell you all that i beat the adamantoise first try literally in seconds just by using the ring of lucii to banish him? It was the funniest thing ever because of how it warpped him inside a portal. I didn't think it was possible at first but it worked on every enemy from before it. So I had to at least experiment it on him. Actually, I remember really well that omega tok me hours on end to beat him within the dlc because he was immune to the ring if I remember correctly.

@@gamenerdlegacy Yes, he did a great Mario there. And I do like how they completely redone the whole Mario universe to fit in a Live Action movie (I guess making a colorful world with animatronic cute goombas and koopas flying everywhere would not make a great movie) so they turned Dinossaur Island into an alternative world where pre-historic animals evolved to humans, and I do like how they always wanted to put Mario references here and there every moment, like the Thwomp boots, the ammo for these that look like Bullet Bills, the bob-ombs, the transformed king, the sound effects from the games, the mushrooms helping Mario and Luigi, the characters names and even some Donkey Kong references. And gotta appreciate how they split the protagonism equally between Mario and Luigi, making the younger brother more than a Player 2, you know.

For me it was Yiazmat. 5 consecutive hours, non-stop, no bathroom breaks, no pausing. The game even went so far as to insult your slow progress by putting a counter beneath your minimap that kept track of the number of times you exited and reentered the arena. XD

My first final fantasy was VI, known as 3 here in the states. I was 13 when it came out and I remember being so nervous about Kefka that I leveled every single party member to 9999/999 and made sure they had learned ultima. Needless to say in hindsight that was insane overkill, but at the time it seemed wise. That should tell you how gripped I was by that game, and the impression it had on me. But to answer your question I would say the most difficult boss fight I had in an FF was omega weapon in ff8. For the life of me no matter what I did he’d wipe the floor with me, which makes sense given how terribly my team was constructed because at the time I just did not understand how to use the system to my advantage. I barely scraped by beating ultimecia at first using the limit-break cheese. Thankfully I had a buddy show me what I overlooked (which was how to use the system properly), and I was able to level up, go back, and beat it. But it took some real time
