Although I did beat him in my second attempt I had no clue doing damage through curing and potions was a thing. I mean I knew in final fantasy 10 that anything zombified would take damage like that but since I didn’t play the original ff7 I had no clue. I just roughed it out. Limit breaks, synergies and spammed overcharge. Plus I used titan as my summon as it’s limit break does plenty of damage.

When I summoned Alexander, he did his timer thing immediately I’m like shit shit shit had 2 limit breaks and Alexander’s finisher just to beat him in time 😅 I was sweating

Apparently you can! You can target Gi Nattak with a Potion
But whether it actually damages him is something yet to be seen

I didn't particularly like this boss, the fact he debilitates you and steals health from you is the reason why he's such a pain in the ass. Imagine fighting this thing on hard.

After his first form and his summons the skulls, make sure you heal up before you kill all the skulls. You probably won’t be able to heal for the rest of the fight as you need to attack with everything you got
Don’t use any limit breaks or summons until he’s below half, attack away and don’t look at health

those back throws are so annoying in this game. and the dodging is also utter trash
