Realistic! That’s the big thing you’re always talking about!! No way do I just have 6 grand laying around to buy bags…. I use thermal printed labels and slap them on the bag done 🤙🏽

Yup. It doesn’t make any sense to stay locked into a ton of one item. There’s so much more freedom in having low quantities for stuff because you can get a lot more data for what the customers respond to the most.

Just a heads up, I went to Insta out of curiosity on that interaction and it looks like the guy said $0.065 so 6 and a half cents per bag, not 65 cents per bag. All your points are still valid, especially considering once you’ve put in the up front cost of the stamp you’re looking at 20 cents per bag (ink’s minimal) it’s still not worth it to outsource. Just thought I’d clear up the pricing based on his comment on Insta
