Here is the recipe for Sesame Chicken with Tangy Sauce:
    Ingredients:
    For the chicken marinade:
2 chicken breasts, washed and cut into strips
    1 tsp salt
    White pepper, to taste
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Chinese rice wine (or dry sherry)
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 egg
    2-3 tsp cornstarch
    For frying:
    All-purpose flour
    1 tsp cornstarch
    For the vegetables:
1 red bell pepper, chopped into strips
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 small chili, chopped (optional)
    For the tangy sauce:
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Mexican chili relish or chili sauce
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water to make a slurry)
    Garnish:
White and black sesame seeds, for sprinkling
    Instructions:
-In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with salt, white pepper, sugar, bouillon powder, oyster sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, rice wine, and soy sauce. Mix well.
-Beat the egg and add it to the chicken mixture, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
-Sprinkle 2-3 tsp of cornstarch over the chicken and mix well to create a light batter. Marinate for 1-2 hours.
-In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour and 1 tsp cornstarch. Dredge the marinated chicken strips in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
-Deep fry the coated chicken strips in batches for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
-In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt, chili relish/sauce, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, then stir in the cornstarch slurry. Cook until the sauce thickens, then pour into a separate bowl.
-Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Re-fry the chicken strips until crispy.
-Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and chili (if using) to the wok and stir-fry for a minute.
-Add the fried chicken strips and the prepared tangy sauce. Stir-fry until the chicken and vegetables are coated in the sauce.
-Sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds, tossing to combine.
-Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with more sesame seeds.
    -Serve hot with steamed rice.
