Havertz, I'm sticking 😅 going safe first round just to get some decent points. If it was only one return i would have swapped captain but not with two returns

Thanks for the vid Andy. I have Wirtz. Life feels to short not to try another Captain each day. I think my logic is that I'll keep twisting until I get a hat-trick or some massive haul. And if I don't, my life would have been way more exciting for a few days, then just taking Wirtz to the bank.
Just be prepared for it to go wrong!

I got 20 for Wirtz. I've still got Kane, Lukaku and Mbappe to play. I'm sticking with my 20 points.

Fully agree, I twisted my Havertz captain immediately. Musiala is the only one where I probably would have stuck.

Id swap too but one thing that could destroy u not sticking is this.
If u have wirtz now 10 points
Then you switch to kane who gets 7
Then u would want to switch again to mbappe and bruno and they both blank.
All of a sudden uve gone from 10 to 2 points for your captain

Alternatively everyone could switch to Kane or Mbappe and they get hatricks. So while you’ve stuck with 20 points Wirtz captain everyone else has like 40 points for their captain

how do u know Mbappe or Bruno blanks? maybe they both score hat tricks, maybe they both score an own goal and get sent off

@@stonersowybogacz844 and mids only get 5? Literally just a 1 point difference lol. If a forward gets a hatrick they’ll get 12 points for the goals, 3 for the assuming MOTM and 2 for playing 60mins. That’ll be 34 points as captain without any recoveries or outside the box shots, so not far off what I said

Szoboszlai does everything for Hungary so he's a MotM candidate with just 1 return. If he scores in a 1-1, he might still get 11-12 with MotM and ball recoveries

@@RyanSmith-ni9uuRodri and Jorginho aren’t as likely to get big points you’d want to stick on. I’d say Szoboslai but Dimarco could be great if he gets an attacking return and a cleansheet

I had Wirtz as Captain last night, already twisted before this vid and made Di Marco Captain with Kane, Ronaldo or Lukaku as other options. Tough decision though :)

24 points off musiala. I am going to stick. Even if a striker gets a brace it will only take him to 10 before doubling. The 24 from musiala will do for me.

I switched just before kick off from Wirtz to Gundogan for captain. Glad I did I a way as it forced me to twist like you to Szoboslzai et al. Think if I had gone with Wirtz I would definitely stick but then I’m a bit risk adverse. Everytime I seem to gamble in CL fantasy I always seem to end up with a worse captain
Hello, what statistical sources do you use? Where can i look for stats of balls recvered? Do you know where are predction about potential Fantasy Points for players? And last question, where i can find Fantasy Points for all players after Matchday?

Currently sat on Wirtz (C) but I could go Szoboszlai > Trent > Lukaku/Mbappe > Ronaldo until (hopefully) 1 of them gets more than the Wirtz 20. Undecided

How many different captains can you have in a day? I've Captained shaqiri and he hasn't started. Can I change to Rodri and then Dimarco tonight as those games haven't started yet if I want? Or does it only allow 1 captain per game day?

Havertz captain and whilst I'm tempted to twist I know if I do I'm gonna end up feeling like one of those 'Deal or No Deal' contestants who turns down a decent early offer only to end up with a couple of quid because they've chased the game.
for subs between games, if i sub a player out, i will lose their points right even though the points were gained earlier. and then the player i sub in his points will count or does the bench count towards total point count in this fantasy?

I'm switching Wirtz for Szoboszlai, I expect a good game from Hungary and if they win he's very likely to carry and get MOTM. I think the payoff on him is bigger than Dimarco let's say. It's not much risk really as you said, there's 4 more days surely one of those safe picks will score double digits as well.

If I sub a player after they have played? To get a player on who's going to play later that day, do I get the points or are they wiped?
First time doing fantasy so if I captained Wirtz and tomorrow I captain Kane will I have the ability to put the C back on Wirtz if Kane has a bad game?

I went with Musiala, also had Wirtz alongside him. Thanks to Musiala getting POTM he got more points than Wirtz. I'll take the 24 points from him this matchday and relax. Probably gonna sub out Mittelstädt though, 3 points isnt enough for me.
I changed my captain from havertz to Demarco right after Germany game but it didn’t work n now im still with havertz as the team captain but i want to change him still so what’s the problem why is not changing?

Where to change the captain? When I go to fantasy tab on the phone app and choose to view my team if I click on a player that hasn't played yet there's no option to choose him as captain. Anyone can help?

I Made the mistake of changing my capt from Havertz to Di Marco stupidly(did not read the rules carefully). Hopefully Di Marco balls out but Italy have a much harder group then Germany lol
Kimmich was my buy at last 2 minutes before deadline and he earned 6 points 😀

I've got a question: When do I sub out players? do i need to sub out mittelstädt rn or can i look at how the defender on my bench does and switch him with mittelstädt afterwards? or do i only get points for guys that are on the pitch in my team and once i sub someone out, the points are gone?
You have to sub before hungary game for sub points

I'm sticking on Musiala I think. Yeah Mbappe and whoever might go off. But I'll be more annoyed if I twist and get a blank, plus I obviously own the players that are alternatives for the rest of the GW, so I'll still get their score if they haul. Just my opinion. Alot of people will probably twist on their highest scoring option.

@@shubhammunda4758 you didn’t have to do it now though? What if one of your other starting players does worse than Mittelstadt and Gundo? You wouldn’t be able to sub them off instead because you subbed off the German guys way too early

@@ahmadsba19 nope, once a player plays you can’t sub them on. You can only sub on players who haven’t played yet, and before that day’s deadline

Two returns is probably a stick. Defender CS + 2 returns is a definite stick
I have Modric who plays Spain , szobo vs Swiss or di Marco It's between szobo and Modric for me , Spain is tough but feel Modric could but then also unsure haha
Szoboslai definitely has the greater chance at a massive haul that you’d want to stick on, Modric is probably safer for like a 5-6 pointer
