Liam’s voice is continuing to take a nosedive. He doesn’t sound much worse than he did in Seattle, and in some parts he may even be slightly better, but that’s until Champagne Supernova. I believe he’s not best pleased about something on stage, and stops singing several lines, and My Generation ends up being one of his most weakest vocal performances, ever (the worst voice crack he ever had on the song). Despite this, the rest of the band are in tight shape, with Zak regaining a bit more passion on some songs like Morning Glory and Acquiesce. Noel does all of his performances perfectly fine, but Liam just can’t cut it unfortunately. Despite this the band are playing one of the biggest venues they’d ever play in America which is commonly associated to be in San Francisco, which is actually 35 miles away. Liam does say “San Francisco” to the crowd, but it ain’t. Speaking of the crowd, despite Liam’s vocal issues they don’t seem to be too bothered either way and are particularly happy to sing along to Don’t Look Back in Anger. I’m not gonna lie, despite Songbird oddly being absent, i’m a big fan of the set during this leg. Lots of new material mixed in with the old well known hits, and all done in 90 minutes. Unfortunately it’s just a shame it isn’t given more justice due to Liam’s vocal troubles, which would continue to get worse.

It would of been like talking to a brick wall then . Also Noel probably viewed it as an unwritten rule that he wouldn’t talk to Liam about his voice - but to contradict that I think he did spur Liam into action to look after his voice in early 2008 because he sounded great initially in the DOYS tour

I do believe Liam holds the record for fastest and most drastic vocal decline in history

As Noel said in 2000 Liam put so much into his early gigs of oasis that his voice was shot to bits. But being a decent brother he didn’t put the boot in 2005 and 2006 when he sounded absolutely satanic almost
