We all came for the purpose of being our light to the world, we came knowing we would forget but we decided to try anyway. Some of us are older, stronger beings who dont forget easily, some are not so luckly and need more help. If you are aware of your devine nature then you have a responsibility to the rest of our family, we must remind them not of where we are from but why we are here. We all have a shared purpose to Love one another and to cherish the earth, so many have been blinded by greed and we have all been effected by fear but we all come from Love and Light and there is no better feeling than to Love and be Loved, this is key to waking up from the dream of the planet, it is not our place to judge another for forgetting and becoming full of greed and fear, it is our job to love those who are lost and show them the joy found in alignment with our true purpose. They will see that in you and they will remember who they are, that is what we do, the awakened ones will lead the rest out of darkness, not by force but by our contagious vibrations! Mankind is seeking it, and we will lead the way!

Great technique I learned from him in his Mindvalley master class, along with other techniques. This one takes practice despite its simplicity, unless you are just out of a meditation state, because this heavy feeling inside us, related to the "weakness areas" or our concerns/worries/pain, could impede or minimize the flow of shape-shifting. I do suggest going into a state of peaceful stillness (few minutes of deep slow breathing) then proceed with the technique, and end it always with gratitude; the sense of gratitude that comes with "It already happens". Peace & Light!
