I like reading comments from people who like preachers, those who dislike preachers and those who neither like or dislike preachers. Instead of focusing on things you hate, try focusing on things you love. As much as possible help others to feel good. That's the key to tremendous and lasting happiness - Appreciation, Gratitude and Kindness.

Joy, truth and love are simply different aspects of the same thing. One of them always leads to the other. Since joy, love and truth are different aspects of the same energy, the same reality, then you can't separate them. Love is the truth and joy is also the truth. We are all just uncovering what is already there. What already exists. And what already exists is The Truth. Otherwise called ultimate reality. The whole point of spiritual growth is to experience more joy and love. That's the truth

He says everything is in this Presence. He means that literally, because the spirit of God is larger than the universe (larger than life if you like) and God actually fills and surrounds everything. Just as your soul is much larger than your physical body and fills and surrounds it. So God is within you and you are also within God.

We are both correct if you understand that joy and truth are different aspects of the same thing. Therefore when you are seeking truth then you are really seeking joy. The ultimate truth about life is joy. The more truth you experience, the more joyful you become. The more joy you feel, the more you experience the truth. You can't separate joy, truth or love. Being joyful/happy is the most important thing in life. If you don't feel fulfilled then you have nothing. Fulfillment is a form of joy.

After performing miracles he said "Why are you so amazed? These things and more shall you do also" and "your faith has made you well".

You don't feel happy when you help other people to feel happy? I understand not being attached to how people respond to your expressions of love but I definitely feel happier when I help other people to feel happy, or at least feel better than they are already feeling. The purpose of life is to experience every increasing degrees of joy. Truth leads to joy and love also leads to joy. You can't separate them from each other. Love and joy are the essence of God and who you are. That is the truth.
