This guy is 'on the money', so to speak. I envy the young people who are ready for this knowledge, who can create what they want in their life. I have spent my whole life dealing with disempowering beliefs from childhood, and generational healing. People also need to realise that their are different 'human designs' and not everyone is here to be an entrepreneur or a mover and shaker. You just have to find your niche and accept your path.
I was just thinking about that. If it could be i m on another path.. I feel like e.g. kind of hugging babies all day ;) and writing.

I read Vishens book. Its legit. Breaking it down for me right now, the most important thing from Vishen is following the 6 phase meditation. I already have my own way of meditating, but his 6 phase keeps me disciplined to a daily practice of gratitude, visualization and forgiveness. I sit in the visualization longer because I got a lot to do. I Also I like to clear my brain for 5 min after just because. if you read his book, he says the most important thing he has done in his life is this 6 phase meditation.
I love how it is explained so simply that anyone with remote knowledge of English can understand and implement it.
Achieving that kind of flow on such a difficult subject is just awe-gasmic....
I greatly admire Vishen's clarity of thought in this video. It seems he is just as clear and practiced at expressing his ideas as he is visualizing them! And I love the explanation of why using creative visualization makes sense. Some people dismiss the importance of focusing on what we want / love with "the Law of Attraction" or any similar concept because they can't scientifically explain it all ... so what? I am going to remember the Sun analogy!

Yes, universe provides for what u really, deeply want. The more strongly & honestly strongly u want to make a healthy change in yourself, you will find yourself moving forward in that direction. I did a free online masterclass on mind valley & it was excellent. It was selling visioning course by Michael Beckwith. But I’m happy with Dr. Joe Didpenza’s Mind over matter, online course that I bought for $300 which originally costs $600 (after keeping a close watch for a sale). There was a study that showed visualization only worked if participants imagined the process of achieving their goals instead of visualizing the achievement of those goals. Imaging the end result (or the success of the goal) made the participants less likely than controls to achieve their goals. Visualization for visualizations sake might not be as effective as most people assume

Im a single medical profesh wanting out of that field. working on getting my biz up and going. HOW do you get in the zone, when you have to pay the bills all while its a stressful, abusive environment? NO one seems to talk about that! PS. I have a 2 hour meditative practice so its not like Im not trying.....

I heard a saying once that I think applies here. "If you truly believe you can do something...then you're right!! If you truly believe you can't do something...then you're right"
There is no 1 way to do it. Each person way is different. The shortest way to get out is to start following your desires. When you get the feeling like you should change, do it and try not to wonder if it was the right choice. Because we are not able to see the effect in 3 years, until the 3 years have past
I totally get you I was in that place once as well. here's my 2 cents
1. Meditation is great for many things but its terrible for starting a business. Take an hour out of your meditation practice and put that towards learning marketing or working on your business
2. If your environment is less than idea (as my own was) work in the middle of the night or in the wee hours of the morning.
3. You get into the zone by simply showing up and doing the work. Once you start working on your business you'll find it hard to stop!
Don't give up on your dreams! Hope that helps.
