We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Be careful!!!! Clayton was the Worst 26 yrs ago, floors wood buckle after 3 to 5 years and they were known as the cheapest made in the industry. That might have changed. Redmond was the best. Actually, anyone was better. I'm Not in the industry anymore but would LOVE to know myself, like did Clayton improve and who's the best. Do your research. Maybe at the Library you can ask the Reference Desk if they have reports on that from Consumer Reports like they compare best and worst cars, etc. They must have someone reporting online, you would think.

Clayton will take you for a ride!! Beware! Their salesman are LIARS!! Ask to speak to past customers in the area. Then go see those happy customers. I bet you won’t find any!!

This is above and beyond. No bedroom shares a wall with the living room. As a light sleeper, I appreciate that. I love that it isn't open concept.
It has separation in the living/dining/kitchen room! I thought I was the only person who was not a fan of the wide open floor plan. Definitely like this house!

Open floor plan is noisey and expensive to heat and cool. Also, it's meant for a more tropical climate, where every breeze counts and there's no central air. Open floor plans, like high ceilings, waste A LOT of $$ in heating and cooling.

I love everything about this home, even the furniture and decor. The guest bath is like nothing I've ever seen, I love it and the price it's nice too !!
What a difference a walled off living makes...that's the reason it looks more elegant..an open concept is more casual...nice house Chance...very nice😊
I usually don't care for Clayton homes but this one is amazing. I love the layout. I wouldn't change a thing.

Where does it normally go?? I’ve seen water heaters in attached garages and laundry rooms .. we don’t have furnaces/boilers in SoCal but I’ve seen them in basements in movies and beautiful old craftsman houses for sale back east. I’ve heard you can put a water heater outside but never seen it. Our ac/heater combo units (for central ac or mini splits) are on the roof or a concrete pad next to the house (I’ve seen mini splits attached to walls in video’s online).
They are really stepping up with all of the other manufacturers. They should be proud, beautiful home!

This house is great. It's good to see a floor plan with separation between kitchen and living room. I love the extra space/sitting area by the two bedrooms.
Omg so in love with master bathroom. What a beautiful design with the shower doors and space for free standing tub. And private toilet. They hit all buttons and big porch. 10+ omg

This home is paradise! I like the separation of the rooms. I prefer a foyer instead of the front door opening into the living room. Cozy living room. Very nice kitchen and dining area. The accent wall is pretty. Nice panel doors. I love the guest bathroom; the flooring, layout and accents are gorgeous! 😍 The master bath is pretty too, lovely tub and shower. This is one of the prettiest homes I've seen on this channel.

First house in a long time that checked all my boxes! Beautiful porch, foyer, not looking directly into the kitchen from the living room, double sinks in guest bath, beautiful kitchen, stand alone tub in main bath! Everything!!!

I’ve been looking at a LOT of these homes lately. I’m disabled now and really need to get rid of our home with all of these stairs in it… I LOVE the big porch, and I think there’s space for both your tasteful pieces PLUS our antiques! I’m sold!😊

Wow. A lot of thought went into this design. I love love the way it's decorated! The way they set up those bedrooms is genius -- having that wide hallway area and a large bathroom with double sinks is so nice. I live in an open concept house, which I don't love. I really like how the living room is semi closed off.
FINALLY! Not open concept….. LOVE this layout hopefully others will listen, only thing I would add is a coat closet in foyer and a gas or wood burning fireplace in living room
I love all the space but I’d gladly give some of that up to make the bedrooms a little bigger.

Windows not big enough and not enough. Love the porch. I need alot of recepticles. Love the pantry. Like the kitchen. Like hallway, like the inside doors. Like the laundry room. Like the master rooms and other bathroom. I really like this one. Your a great showman.

Love that it is NOT open concept. I hate homes that are open it makes you feel like your in one room doing everything. I love that it has a front porch that is covered. A beautiful home I wish I could get. My current one is over 24 years old and needs replacement.
This comment is why these homes are worthless. Many people live in masonry homes for centuries, and traditional stick built for at least a century.

I like the secluded living room and 5 panel doors. Chance, I was a drywall contractor for almost 50 years. 9'6" ceiling height is perfect! I've been in alot of homes ...but 9'6" is not too tall and much better looking than 9'.
I did a designers home and they had a custom kitchen/ living room.
I like that the living area is separate from the kitchen, thus cozy, but not completely closed off.

Yes! I want the rooms separate. I don't like having company over and you go to the living room to visit and you are looking at a dirty kitchen. This is great. And the kitchen size is not suffering for size at all. Great looking home.
It’s a beautiful house. I usually like smaller double wides ~ 1,200 sq ft, but this one is so well laid out and decorated.

This place nailed it on so many levels! It has the most unique layout.. Hubby didn't really care for the "choppy layout" as he prefers it much more open, but I just loved it! Everything right down to the fixtures was beautiful. I'm not a fan of carpet, but I really did like the carpet in the bedrooms.. usually they have darker carpet which I don't like. I guess the only thing I would change would be the tub in the main bathroom. It was small. I prefer there to be a ledge around the tub so I have space to put things. The walk in closet was very nice... Love the deck.. I think this is my new favorite! ❤❤❤

insurance companies go nuts when wood heat is mentioned, they don't even like an outside boiler within 40 ft of the house even with steal roof
WOW! This is "the" best, yet! Corner sinks in bathroom, living room separated from kitchen and 9ft ceiling is a dream home! Just would change plastics in closets for wood. Would be worth extra fees!!!
Now that Clayton's all time best price at nearly 2000 sq ft home. Love those L shape sinks and love the stand alone tub right in the corner with the windows above.
Give that more modern look....I'm assuming it's right at $275K

What a gorgeous home! Just needs a couple storage closets (coat, linen) and it's a keeper. Love the layout, makes it seem less mobile home like. Good save on the almost no pantry dance! Always looking forward to the next!!! 😊
