@@user-ti5km5qp6l Мастер делал плотину из того , что у него было в наличие и чем ему было удобно работать . Посмотрите как он тсчательно штукатурил кладку . И турбина и генератор не специально промышленного изготовления - самоделка . Если это 2 квт ( как пишет автор ) - для домашнего хозяйства пригодится !
Бесполезная херня. У него перепад высот метр. Чтобы сгенерировать 1 кВтч энергии нужно пропустить через турбину 378 тонн воды с кпд 98%

I would love to see you build a working saw mill that is powered up by energy from one of your H.E.P. dams. That way it is actually being used to do something more than just create energy, it is actually powering a machine. That way, you can create something else from the wood you have sawed from the lumber you harvest.
Then, with the lumber, you could build a house, furniture, all videos following on from the last one.
You could end up making a hot powered shower from the energy you make, or a washing maching, or anything.

In a off-grid place with no electrical access, something like this could make a huge difference in quality of life- having lights and maybe a fan at night would be nice if the only other source of light is fire and there's still a lot of places in the World that are like that. You'd normally have a battery bank hooked up that's always charging as well allowing you to use more powerful electronics with clean power. These are built to be temporary so if it were permanent there's a few other things you'd need to do to keep it from corroding/falling apart but the concept it sound.
This is the first time i see someone using a cleaver this way

Not complete Tofu Dreg construction. Depending on a Dam that is 1 brick thick, with that high quality cement coating, no rebar, no added structural support (I'm talking about the 1st 2 ft from the bank.). Not to mention those high-quality power cords. If it doesn't fall down, it can start a fire. Nice clean water too.

That spill way would act as a buttress (not that much would be needed at that low and narrow a dam) and should be fine structurally for a decade maybe 2. As for the "turbine" 😂 alot of the diy ones look just as cobbled together

nice to see, but you probably have to take it down. I don't know if their is any species of aqua critters that aren't effected by it. and then their is no rebar for durability. It's nice to watch, but it'd be nice to see a proper one for those who want to create their own lil dam

While the workmanship looks great, the engineering is sadly lacking. Plastered masonry walls are hopeless for a dam. Best thing you could do now would be to build an Earth Dam hard up against the masonry wall. I don't know what you did under the spillway but that would then be the next weak point to look at and then you need to create skirts on the abutments to prevent water penetration and erosion around the dam and probably look at some DPC structure at the foot of the dam to prevent water seeping under the dam wall. Lot of work to make it stable and structurally sound.
