I saw your short on no expectation of privacy in public and of course agree.
But on the other hand I disagree with just about everyone on expectation of personal space.
I can’t find a law that states any distance minimum, so I assume the tip of your nose is the end of your personal space.
Without actual physical contact, their personal space is intact.

As a die hard conservative I by no means agree with everything this man says. However, I very much respect and appreciate the way he presents the various positions which helps me understand opposing ideas making it easier to either find common ground, develop a compromise, or stand firm on a particular issue.

I work in the food delivery industry and everywhere I have worked I have always told my drivers that if they don't feel safe don't go. I would rather have an unhappy customer than potentially losing an employees life.

People quite often berate the judiciary systems. And I always ask the same question to them “what would the world look like if the justice systems collapsed?” After a minutes thinking - they realise the alternative is hell.

all of these laws seem great! Although the jaywalking one does make me nervous
I would hope it doesn't change anything other than not being punished for jaywalking. I dont think they'll see the streets flooded with pedestrians, although they may see a few more than usual. It must be done safely still and they can still be punished if they're just blatantly walking in front of vehicles.
How drivers would treat that jaywalking one does make me nervous, especially with crappy districts attorney in some counties.
I experienced discrimination today at a store by the loss prevention can I sue for this type of situation being told to leave with out reason

There is a guy in Mesa Arizona he is a constitutional auditor and press and the courts are trying to shut him down (stop him and others from exercising there god given constitutional rights)

California slowly Turning in to the worst state
Hello Mr Ugo I'm truck driver I'm work with company forced me to work more than 4000miles per week as a solo driver and I did accident with no car no injuries but truck damages and now they told me we didn't fire you but we don't have truck now go home and now more then week no work and they didn't pay me for two flights I took it one from home to company location 340$ and other one when I did accident from California to home FL 470$ AND they didn't pay me for hotel 110$ and they took my last two paycheck around 5900$ plus my escrow 1250$ total around 8000$ did you think all this normal or fine or I have to open a case in court soon

The Supreme Court’s latest opinion means innocent people must remain in prison
As for the public posting of salaries some people will still take it the wrong way. For example. If 2 or more have the exact same job working the exact same hours one or more could still be making more than the other. Regardless of sex. If people have more experience in that position, have a degree(s) in that position etc they can still make more for the same job which is fair. Someone who has been working there for a year vs someone who has been there for 10+ years there will still be a pay difference and people will still use that as fuel for argument of a pay gap even though they’ve been there long enough to have multiple raises.
Youre 100% correct. All this does it make it transparent so it can be brought up in a conversation about a potential raise. It doesn't force equal pay.
