Oh dayyymmm is this one handy! You can use this Six Stroke Roll Application in a rocky groove, in Jazz time, in Funk - You name it! A super versatile fill that should be relatively easy to get down.
Once you've learnt the Six Stroke Roll, Drummers often don't know where to go next or what else to do with it. That is what this series is all about. 16th Note Triplets can be just the ticket to give a third verse a lift just before your big ending Chorus or Outro! As drummers we need them up our sleeve and rolling in triplets on the snare can be a great way to do exactly that.
