the doppler wave measurement is at distal or proximal to the stenosis?
For most of the images, the sample volume is placed at the site of stenosis and distal to it
Are normal PSV and EDV less than 125 and less than 40 in all arteries?
Most of the arteries do have the same range of PSV and EDV as carotid arteries but there may be some variations in certain individuals.

Most Welcome! Yes, it is normal for the (PSV) to show a pattern of reduction from the proximal, middle, and distal common carotid artery to the bulb, and then an increase in the ICA.
