    You talked about diastolic steal in newborn when there is a PFO. You did certainly mean a PDA, not a PFO. Great talks as always !

    Very informative much obliged.. I can't help but wonder are the mca measurements so high because of no angle correction.. we shouldn't angle correct in tcd? If we do a ratio of Mca non angle correced /to extracranial ica with angle correction would that be accurate

    I have a question if you don't mind. While we scan PCA from Suboccipital window what are the depths of P1 and P2? Thank you? I mean do the depth changes or stay same as temporal window 60-70 mm?

    Which machine would you recommend for transcranial Doppler? Which vendor

      Any machine with cardiac apps and a phased array probe should be fine. We use GE logiq 9

      I’ve been showed where it was dopplered and the flow be antegrade and I’ve also seen people doppler and it be retrograde. What is the correct way?

      @@kaylasipper6300 I just find the bifrucation of the MCA ACA and angle down you’ll see a lone circle that’s the ICA
