- surprisingly she was very good for her first bath. She only soaked us once LOL.... and when I let my girls out of their coop the next morning what did she do? Yes, she went straight into the dirt patch for a dust bath!!! LOL
I laughed so hard when she started screaming and trying to flap away because it’s just so chicken.
Warm bath. Aaahh

How don’t use soap for our silkies we just fill up their water bowl and just use our hand
Here are something’s before you bathe your chickens. Make sure the water is not to hot and not too cold
And make sure the hair dryer isn’t hot or it will hurt then
Make sure you also get under the wings
And I would recommend using your hand cause if you use a cup it could get into the chickens eyes
We have four silkies and we bathe them every twenty fifth cause that’s when we first gave them a bath and we did on a table and they loved but we made sure we were careful with my twin brothers silkie because he is injured but have my putting his injured leg in betadine and it’s better already UwU
