Combining broccoli and cheese is a well known slam-dunk, because melted cheese on anything is good. But you don't want to slam dunk anything into this bowl of soup on account of how hot it is.

Also...flipping through the book at the end, those are the chapter titles. There are also words. Over 40,000 of them. Some say "too many words!". I say "you're probably right." There's 60-some recipes. Some say "too many recipes!". I say "Be quiet, I'm trying to read." I tried to make it interesting so that even if you didn't like all the recipes, you'd still want to read the whole book. Because that's what books are for. They're for reading.

6 cups broccoli
2 cups grated cheese
Heat broth till boiling then reduce heat and add broccoli
Simmer for 25 mins
Blend with immersion blender
Mix in cheese
Salt and pepper (pepper, pepper)

When i came to this channel i thought cooking had to be done a certain way, that all the ingredients had to be perfectly portioned. Ysac has made me realize cooking is fun, its all about getting to know the flavors through experimenting, not memorizing 500 recipes. IF I WANT TO ADD MORE GARLIC, IM GONNA DO SO AND NOBODY WILL STOP ME!
