Saying she’s continent level just by destroying an arena that is large building level is like me saying Anne made a huge shockwave to the L.A city is like Moon level or Planetary, If you going to disagree give me an ACTUAL explanation on why Luz scales higher than large building level. I think Luz is Planetary+ based on the possibility of moving earth's horbit, also doesn't stringbean made a hole in the whole hill? (so base Luz's ap is higher than town+)
