- I had this idea suddenly on like a random Thursday morning and snorted into my coffee so hard it flew everywhere. and then immediately made a script for it after cleaning said coffee out of my keyboard

i am of the belief that vee experienced The Horrors on the first day. amity and luz panic when they hear vee drop off the bunk bed loudly and go "VEE NO WAIT" and woosh, vee is tangled up in vines. she learned her lesson

She's a Basilisk, she eats magic, and can likely sense Willow's VERY strong magical capabilities. After that, it's all about putting two and two together to get four, and Vee likely decided, "You know what, I'm never even going to take a chance."
This is the most in-character I've ever seen all the characters in an Owl House fan-work. This feels like it was ripped straight from a cut episode of Season 3!
