This double garage is what a standard garage should be. Houses in the US and Canada have large garages. What we get offered in the UK can’t even take a modern car. It’s just used as a storage room.
well we don't exactly have an island as big as theirs
nice house but I don't think it is worth 850k
you right, same house in yorkshire was going for £450k
What a stunning house and so nice to see wallpaper and not a white wall either, so beautifully decorated and homey xx
Love watching your reviews Hannah, you definitely put character into them. keep it up girl.
I don't mind the style but would rather have slightly bigger double rooms as seems a bit small for 850K even where it is as one would expect slightly larger home outside of London. I would have made the office downstairs as well. Great presentation well done :)
An excellent and competent house tour review !
I wouldn't call it a luxury house.
Even worse that’s a show home with all the stops pulled out the reality of what you get for 850k is not even close to that luxury basically a white box with a tiny garden and a load of snagging problems
LOVE this presenter she’s great! Fab job done
Love this classic kind of interior, this home was lovely. Great tour as always.
Absolutely stunning. 🎉
1 minute 56 seconds!! That down stairs toilet has absolutely sent my OCD off the scale! Who made that decision?!?!
Worst decision I have seen. Given the property price, the extra cost needed for a centrally situated toilet should have been undertaken.
Maybe in a odd way they planned for space for a bin / toilet roll basket?
But, yes. This toilet should come with trigger warnings
@osazuwaosayi218 At least common sence and good taste, which were not involved in the design 🤔
Read what ocd is.
Thanks very much everyone at LHS. You are true treasures. Truly appreciative of you all for ALWAYS showing new developments & brand new homes. Loads of love to you all. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Thank you! Lot's of love back 🏠☺
offering stunning views of newly built luxury homes. With its elegant design and modern features, such as ample space and luxurious furnishings, the home is truly eye-catching. It provides great inspiration for anyone interested in luxurious interior design and the beauty of modern architecture.
A very affordable home considering the market in the UK, definitely a interesting layout, decor is pleasant and it’s a very spacious accommodation, great showing Hannah 👍
Luxury Home Show always has the best properties, in-depth information and just the right amount of 'Green with Envy' to make you click the bell icon😁, feeling new presenter Hannah's energy btw (hope I spelled it right)👍
Looks nice
My Grandparent bought a house just like this when they where young.
Smart Avenue lively and homely.
Very nice sub-£1M home. A bargain compared to new properties in London. Just wished it was closer to London.
J'aime beaucoup cette maison ❤❤
Only 850k 😂
House price is GBP450k, commission is GBP400k, so it’s justified to be GBP850k, got it? You should be thankful it didn’t pushed to GBP1 million😏
Only 850k 😂 Exactly 🤪 Needs a reality check, regardless of the other comment bla bla 🙄
Perfect for a struggling first time buyer, remember he only needs to skip eating out, cancelling Netflix and amazon prime and you can also enjoy a home like this😂
I wouldn’t pay 850k for that even if I was a multi millionaire. I’ll get way better for that sort of money, plus a much bigger kitchen and bathroom - I’ll get bigger rooms too. Also I wouldn’t want a construction site/area behind my house.
@@zmohammedacthat’s depressingly true. This is on top of saving for a pension for retirement and raising a family. She said only £850K. Says it all 😅
Love redrow homes, I work for ideal standard who supply the bathrooms for redrow x
Not prejudice then just saying 😜
Not prejudice then just saying 😜
Very good presenter and presentation.
Finally some colors
I love Tom and Jas, but also love Hannah. Just think she needs a bit of banter with Alex. Another great video!
I like this house.
BEAUTIFUL❤ BUT EXPENSIVE
I would buy it but if it was I like 25 min to London, 45 min is a bit too far . Add a bit here and there and you’re looking at a 1.5 hour commute door to door . The total door to door commute has to be maximum one hour or marginally over. Nice product though , although the ceiling height is a bit low for me personally. I would need a minimum of 2.7 M .
Hannah ❤. Nice house. Should be 850k.🏡😜
This presenter is much much better than the others. Just saying - don't hate.
We have the same Redrow in Yorkshire. Only £405k.
Nice house
Basically a nice house, but what puts me off is it's built by a National House builder - so lacks any individual feel. At the price point in the area it's in for me I'd rather spend the money on something more individual. It's a personal opinion of course......
house is nice but... 11:24 imagine leaving London because it's to tight and crowded... lol
Only £850k!! I just fell off my chair 😂😂 The size of those rooms and garden is worth £500k tops.
850k to live in an estate😂 a small garden with a house looking in yours
Sod the house, how much does Hannah cost?
😂
Video tours of cookie cutter homes can be dull, however Hannah made this one enjoyable to virtually tour. Well articulated and enthusiastic presenter. She should do car reviews.
''Owners of new builds actually save £2600 per year on their energy bills...''
My house was built circa 1900, and I don't even spend £2600 on energy. So older houses must be more efficient.
Everything’s electric, but there are no solar panels?
Heated towel rack is really that - a "radiator" that dries them. Having underfloor heating is irrelevant for the need of it as you wouldn't spread your towels on the floor after shower 😂
It has warmth more than us homes
Yeah nice house . Not sure about the neighbors so close for that price. I didn't get the back garden set up, do you have to share it with next door .. Weird .. Six foot fence would be my first job.
It’s the show homes they build a few in a row of the different types of houses to a high standard with all the extras and leave the gardens open so it looks like your getting a decent garden instead of a postage stamp in reality you get a tiny bog pit with no grass or plants and from what I hear a host of snagging problems that they drag there heels on and they don’t make the green areas around the estate nice like they promise best buying in a established neighbourhood not a new build as you don’t no what the end result is
@@russnunn2456 To be honest with ya I wouldn't buy a new house for the precise reasons you have just described.
I will buy this house when I win the lottery😊
Hannah is my favourite host in the channel!
Only £850.000😮 I will buy 2 at that price.
Outro song?
Bizarre that they only have underfloor heating downstairs!
Redrow do great room layouts and quality, but unfortunately most estates lack decent gardens for the cost you pay for the house and lack parking, so estates end up cramped.
One thing I will say, whilst utility room is nice to have, that is the same size as mine on a Cambridge, for 300k more I would expect the utility to be double size. Trouble we have is no room to hang anything up in there.
Nice video, but my gut says the family bathroom needs to be bigger and have a separate shower for the price.
I wouldn't say it was Arts and Crafts inspired. It looks like a cookie cutter post-war home that's been extended to the side.
I like the way she said only £850,000 is that all
We loved having you at The Maltings ♥
Only £850,000 eh? What about anything more like £200,000
In guernsey that would be millions
Very American actually especially with that garage attached to the house.
No black and silver how refreshing.
£850k for that 😆😆 £450k tops
In Henley? That would be nice.
£850 k 😮 location location location
£850k is disgusting! We looked at the development near us and the base price didn't even come with flooring nor grass in the garden! Yep if you don't want bare floors inside and mud outside you have to pay extra!?
I can get a similar looking property from redrow for half the price
The thumbnail shows a Tudor house. The house toured is different.
Is it for sale?
Yes, this house type along with others is for sale at this development which is called 'The Maltings' In Haddenham. You can also find the same house type at select Redow sites around the UK!
😂 what a question
@@JanBanJoovi-ol1qvunbelievable question 😂
450 MAX
Not south near London 450 will get you a nice apartment or a rubbish house if there’s rail links
looks like the house of nate in euphoria
Location please
Haddenham but is that Berkshire or Herts? Hmmm.
the world has gone mad....no way is that 850k even with a london premium - which in itself is nuts anyway, 450-600 absolute max it should be. How on earth will anyone be able to afford a house soon 😂
Almost like inflation isn't a thing. Houses that cost your 450-600,00 that were 100,000 40 years ago...
@@Billyb0b557 and?? doesn't mean it's worth 850k is what i'm saying. the devaluation of the gbp is obvs lifting everything...but idiots paying these inflated prices adds to it even more
@@tyler-durden81 that's not what you said, you said how will anyone be able to afford a house soon. That's the point of inflation, some middle class person will be able to afford it and buy it. A 2 bed flat where I used to live, used to be about 300,000 about 10/15 years ago. Now you won't be able to get anything for less than 500,000 - 600,000. I agree with you that it is bonkers. But there's always people that are able to afford it
You don’t think that would be 850k in London? 🤔😂
@@user-bz5yk1eo4e i thought it was outside of london. The land value obvs not going to be cheap! But the house itself which is what i said lad, no not worth 150k off a million
Shared back garden?? WTF???????
As it's a show home the dividing garden fences haven't yet been installed, for finished properties the gardens will be separated :)
LOL
I think it needs a fence between you and your neighbour ; imagine next doors rugrats all over your garden as you have a glass of wine
new build without solar?? also open plan living rooms annoy me so much
I like the way she said it is only £800.000. houses are not worth there asking price it only supply and demand..because we are over populated by millions. new houses on the whole by developers in this island are poor quality. using sub standard work mostly
by not qualified tradesmen because usually go for the cheapest option for pure profit
Are there brits finally going full American with their houses? This almost looks like it’s a typical American suburban house.
It looks like a post-war British house.
She kept banging on about the underfloor heating yet there were ugly radiators in many of the rooms. Why would you have both?
Only 850k$ ?
No, it's $1087362.50. It doesn't look worth it to me anyway.
Only £800k yeah absolute bargain!! 🙄 Hold on I thought they had to supply electric chargers now, saying its an option!??
Think I'd extend the lounge to the living room bit and then put a wall to separate from kitchen.
Mate paid less than 475k for his …nothing but problems from day he moved in as for guarantee not worth the paper…😮
I nearly got sucked in to redcon’s lies .but something in my brain said go knock on some of the already inhabited houses see how they are getting on so I did on the quite let’s just say I see a lot of angry people with nothing but broken things in there brand new houses that redcon where trying to not fix apparently they ignore you drag it out for two years then completely disappear once the fake warranty is legally over
@@russnunn2456 unfortunately you struggle to find any good builders now,,,as for the larger ones stay away…
i like her. Not the house though, wouldnt pay 850k for that nonsense
Traditional and rustic is not how i would describe that kitchen...... but anyway
Incredible that this 4 bed house is £850k & a 3 bed semi is £470k, really difficult for anyone to get onto the housing ladder based on what you can save as a deposit and what banks will lend agaist a salary.
UK property building companies like Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, Redrow, Bellway etc etc have been building these boring, tiny, un-inspiring, lack of character & style generic properties for decades. It's a shame considering we use to build beautiful Tudor, Georgian, Edwardian, Victorian properties.... which were the envy of the world... now this is the crap we are building pffff I guess it's shareholder profit and huge director salaries which come 1st. And if your going to build a new build property.... why not create a basement level & build into the attic/roof. I'm sure you could get 2 more en-suite rooms in the roof or a games room, gym etc
You would think owning a £850k property (going up in value) would make you wealthy... even a millionaire...... but when you see this house and it's value.... hahahahaha
Nothing against Hannah, nice review
Ngl 850k for a standardised boring looking house is quite bad, it's so cramped! That kitchen is tiny and that downstairs WC givss me the ick.
Nice interior but the exterior looks like a garage with a house attached. Not a fan of the prominence of the garage, maybe you could tear it down.
If she comes with the house i'll buy it
Eeew...this.. this why you're still single
A new build luxury& yet no walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom. What a SHAME!!
£470k for a 3 bed?! I would pay £270k or £300k at the most for a 3 bed new build not £470k, £470k I would pay for this 4 bed
Where do u live that sounds like a dream
Hate the ggarage at the front. Spoils the look of the house.
Too close to the neighbours' house
Is it a shared garden?
It’s a redrow one of the worst house builders in the uk wouldn’t touch it with a bargepoll.
Like the saying of Marrlleybone
ONLY £800k haha :0)
Redrow…more like redflag 🚩 🚩🚩🚩
200k overpriced easily. These developers are truly milking it. It’s cramped for basically a million pound and it’s not in London so why is it so cramped and expensive. 🙄🙃
I HATE it. Firstly so funny that in the intro you don't tell us where in the country this is, just thats it's 45 mins from London... Like how close you are to London is all that matters in life? They've done a modern take on older houses from the 20's and 30's but with crappy new build construction methods and shallow foundations. But don't worry about any of that folks... look at these nice kitchen countertops.... What a con job Red Row are.
Only she says loool. What planet is she living on. 😂
800 000 ffs and a wooden garden fence rip off
Luxury? Looks like a house built in the 80s. Why do UK houses have no creativity? Same old exterior design, same old small front door entrance so you have to queue just to get into the house, small enclosed living room with a chimney that will be unused.
Poorly built scaled down version of an old-fashioned design. And this is the 'dream' home for most Brits :)
850 and look how close the neighbour is. also looks CHEAP to me... you need to stop exaggerating .... it puts me OFF...
Only 850 k I’ll take two if you come with one of them lol oh dear sorry I’m married just the one then 👻
UK property is a joke... LOL Have a stable remote job here and buy a property abroad.. 4 bed for that price lol
I have to say often find I find English interiors very average and lacking in taste. What they consider as “luxury” often looks tacky to me and “unfinished”.
Looks like some horrendous post-war reconstruction era home. Ugly sloppy rendering on the outside. Strange angular roof over-hang and that god awful tiled exterior under the bay windows. Why are we building NEW homes like this? God help you.
Her inflection at the end is annoying
