Will we ever see an extended tutorial showing how the character is played in the online mode? We know the basics from this video but the way the character is played is different from SSJ Goku and it's more complex
I wish SOOO much we could perform fussions during matches if you have both characters on your team like goku+vegeta... that would be awesome.

For the instant transmission: It's easier to remember.
If you roll the stick left ( 214S or qcb+s ) you always teleport left if you roll right (236S or qcf+s) you always teleport for the right
no matter what side you are on
Imagine if it had a feint version of the move that could be canceled into another attack (the move does have a tell for into it players after all)

His non meter consuming teleport is godlike. It's just like the basic vanish attack all characters have, but a bit slower imo. Still amazing.

This Goku is awesome. You could easily fit him into any role and he will excel at it while not being as easy to punish as blue Vegeta.
Hit time skip will be a good counter to instant transmission spam.
Down heavy is a much better counter. You can start a full combo from that. You can't from Hit's timeskip

sahandii Well, it is how good they are at the respective stat. If it is S on range, they have a long tange, which is beneficial

Bruh all I've been doing is using a light combo and then when my enemy is in the air I used the down right circle move and when enemy hits the ground I use Kamehameha
The combo's used here I way longer and cooler, better hit training and work on some better combos

There is something else.. goku blue has a weakness. And his weakness is in his auto combo(light combo). you can cancel his auto combo.

Put the stick downwards and then slide it forwards, after that push the button. Slide it wile touching the "wall" or the joystick

Tallen Smith yeah Yamaha can beat beerus becauee he has two other people on his team. Which is the whole point. Don't want people to be over reliant on both raw strength and skill. Goku is already powerful enough
The Animated Gamer thats 100% not true. This game is balanced so good players are evenly matched no matter who they play. I can make a team of Ginyu Yamcha and Tien and beat a team of Goku Black Beerus and Hit, and if you think that could canonically happen for a SECOND then you need to reevaluate.

zeokenX yea ssj goku still had great mobility and great supers. Hes valuable. I probably won't try and get blue Vegeta unless he's drastically different from ssj

Nothing for most characters. but some characters have 2 level 1 supers or 2 level 3 supers. Then using R1 and R2 would be assigned to do different supers in that case.

Post Boi Some people have review copies sent from Bandi Namco, others have it eary because when you pre order digital it sometimes let's you play early
at 1st I thought ssj goku is superior, then ssjb wasn't that bad after all, especially the light auto combo and the instant transmission, tho the lvl 1 shoots in an awkward angle, but the selling point of goku blue is the lvl 3 which is the #1 reason why players pick him
