that atmosphere, that feeling, that style. Only old WW2 games like Medal of honor allied assault or Call of Duty 2003 could give that unique feeling and i miss it. I will for sure play this weekend MOHAA.

The first medal of honour was amazing, the sounds and atmosphere was really special. Christmas Day 1999 was when I first played medal of honour, I will always cherish those first few hours.

Shame my version didn't have sounds of vehicles, people talking and the music. Like the things that actually make the game weren't there. Could anyone explain why?
Twenty years ago I built a whole new PC just to play this game.
The story plot, the missions, the graphics even the soundtrack. Truly unique.

Knowing "remasters" and "remakes" in this age, they probably fuck it up badly. Just let modders do it, they put their heart and soul into it without getting paid.

You have no idea how much nostalgia this video brought me. My dad and i loved this game. I played almost all the Medal of Honor games. A shame they didnt keep going...

Hmm .. a rather smart way to provide oneself vision is to remove the fog. Clever. Also, while weapons are lacking details (now, 20ish years later I realize), look at those tanks.

The multiplayer gun play is this game was incredible. Ultimately, the lack of anti-cheat killed the game. Within the last few years there were some well administrated servers around but most were running modifications That we didn't like. Maybe It's time to plug back in and see the landscape.
For sure this game was way ahead time. Btw I loved multiplayer more then CS 1.6 .

I think the destroyed rail gun in the corner of the map is a reference to the rail gun that gets destroyed in the original MOH for PS1

I have an old CD-ROM drive. Well it's not that old it came from an old workstation PC from around 2014. Do you think if I hook that CD-ROM up to my new gaming PC with windows 10 I could install MOH:AA with my old original CD's I have? I really want to play it again it was my childhood favourite game. I got it for christmas and I knew where my Mom was hiding it so I kept sneaking just to LOOK at the cover. Oh man what a good game.
The original cd's dont work on windows 10 but there are some websites where you can download a version that does work on windows 10. I downloaded it about 3 weeks ago and works pretty good

I always preferred the Kar98k over the Springfield sniper, it felt like it had a faster rate of fire. I'm not sure if that was true or not but snipers only lobbies on V2 Rocket facility were so fun regardless of I was Allies or Axis

The sound, the ferocity of both snipers are so CRISP and satisfying and The echoes of the sound aswell oh man
Not only it was faster but it also dealt more damage

I tried doing this back in the day to get into the truck but it never worked and I always then got caught by the guard and the mg42 stationed just round the corner
