This game was so far ahead of its time. I still remember playing it when it was new. We used to have huge multiplayer LAN games in my dorm. It's aged incredible for being 22 years old. The sound effects, music, storyline - all top notch.

Eu joguei esse game quando tinha 13 anos. Hoje tenho 31. Em 2019 visitei Omaha Beach e lembrei de cada momento do game e der uma ideia bem melhor do que foi o caos que se passou ali em 1944. Quem puder visitar, super recomendo.

This boss is one I was always afraid of ! I played this game so many times but I was only 9 and Would always call my dad to finish missions like this which terrified me!! XD I was always coming back to the creak where you begin in this mission cuz I was too scared to go out and fight hahahaha

1:00 it is weird, there is no need to pulling the slides after a shoot, slides will automatically back to the bullet chambers, and why they pull it? Pretty weird i dont get it

nice job modelling the interior and outerior of a IX class U-Boat, maybe except the crew compartment on the bow instead of the stern

A super unrealistic and annoying mission. Only 9 guys for me, and the enemy is FULLY ready for us despite this supposedly being a surprise attack.

Good game I' m italian ,i live near monte battaglia. When i was a child i liked walk with my father's uncle down this hill. He telled me the war story. Now there is only a tower. This a good place for remembrance. At minute 2:00 the bridge is similar to Castel del Rio bridge . Is very particular. At maybe 20 km to Castel del Rio there is a small allied cemetery and at 50 km there is the biggest german war cemetery in italy (i supposed) at "passo della futa"

I remember me and my older brother getting this game at a target and bringing it home the music, the intensity as you get into a firefight and navigating through the searchlights always made me sweat I miss the 2000’s best gaming era

when i play this game and done the first mission it automatically restarts the first mission again and doesn't take me to the next mission, Does anybody know what is the solution?

The multiplayer gun play is this game was incredible. Ultimately, the lack of anti-cheat killed the game. Within the last few years there were some well administrated servers around but most were running modifications That we didn't like. Maybe It's time to plug back in and see the landscape.

I wish I could get my Allied Assault games to work on windows 10.. everytime I try to load the game it tells me to "Change Administrative Permissions" or something close to that. I've tried changing all the Administrative options I can and even turning off my firewall. Nothing. Im seriously contemplating buying an old pc with windows xp on it lol

it's hard to get pass through the bridge guy

ONE TIME, I was able to save White Rook, but never on later playthroughs. This was one of my favorite missions, along with Blackout Huts and the mission that follows it.

For years afterwards I kept thinking, why can't games get interior occlusion right during rain. Even the SDK editor could do it. The only things I didn't like about this game was inability to go prone (though enemies sure could), AI 'support' hugging you like flies, and the tap dance officers made while they sliced up your health. I can't help thinking that the dev that thought that up kicks his dog just because.

Back in the days, when we felt we were actually in dog green sector, Omaha beach, with men we saw in Saving Private Ryan. It was magical experience.

What was with this game's damage? Sometimes you drop a Jerry in like 3 MP40 bullets, other times they just tank em like your shooting an elephant with airsoft. Like the guy at 11:41 as an example lol....you put like almost a full mag into him before he died..... One of the worst offenders I found was the STG-44 from MOHAA. I remember the winter park 2 missions after you get the STG-44, I encountered a German laying on the train tracks and I had to have put a full goddamn mag into the guy and he didnt die. The Thompson I always remember being old reliable, only thing I hated was they barely let you have it.
