one of my 4 favorite bands next to Bell Witch, Mizmor and Worm, the song Signals feels like it was made just for me. This interview really brought to light their intentions on this album, and it makes it all the more impactful

Thanks ever so much for the kind words there my friend. I'm so glad that you enjoyed the interview, I really love chatting with Joe and our chat during the Forgotten Days' era was really good fun too. What do you think of the record? I think that it's one for the books for sure! Excellent album. Thanks for checking the video out all the same!

This is a more relaxed and introspective record. I have to be in the mood to listen to it. Solid interview.

Definitely agree man, personally I can listen to this record whenever I want. It's definitely one of the more relaxing records for me personally - similar to Chelsea Wolfe or Marika Hackman this year. Great band and record - will have to get my review up soon!

Musically it has a soothing character to it. Lyrically it’s one of the heaviest/most weighty albums I’ve ever heard. Phenomenal album.

Few albums ever bring a tear, but by the end of Where The Light Fades the tears were flowing. The power and build are beautiful, the change to the big riff at the end of With Disease hits so much harder amongst the backdrop of the whole album

Couldn't agree more! It's an incredibly emotive record and despite the pretty uplifting sounds there's such a contrast between the really saddened lyrics. It's such a fantastic exploration of the human condition as well and something that really does resonate with all of us so much. Thanks for checking the video out!

Man I had been wondering what happened when shortly after Forgotten Days came out, Brett teased the possibility of Pallbearer turning right back around and putting out another album, to make a double album of sorts. So Joseph basically explained what happened with all of that. Now I can lay those wonders to rest lol. The wait was worth it and new albums is most definitely exactly as it should be. Phenomenal record and the production is just gorgeous. Album of the year, easy. I’ve met the guys a few times but wouldn’t say I “know them” but I’m still so proud of them as if I did.

Hahaha that's awesome! I'm glad that you got that kind of closure that you were seeking from this chat. I love when things like that happen I couldn't agree more, for me I think that it's the best record since Heartless and has a similar feel to it but is even more mature and measured in it's approach if you ask me. Thanks for checking the video out and I'm glad the mystery has been solved haha!

Couldn't agree more, without a doubt one of my albums of the year. I really wanted to review it but I just ran out of time before the album was released but I'll definitely be making sure to shout this one out. Absolutely stellar work and I hope that you enjoyed the interview as well! it was a fun one - thanks for checking it out!
