      There is an enduro series in here Oregon and they have three ebike rounds, its a lot of fun, legs are feeling good but the upper body gets sore throwing the ebike around at the end of the long day.

    I have 2 of these Theos R in my store right now (plus the F60 on the way) and immediately i fell in love with the bike. Its amazing and rides like a dream. Seriously thinking about not selling one of them and just keep it to myself..

    Raced my Turbo Levo at the Tweedlove BOSCH E-MTB Challenge event in 2021 & 2022. Also eneterd the Aberdeenshire Enduro Series for 2023, great fun, and more regular riders are accepting e-mtb's now. Currently practicing for the third round of the enduro series at Pitfichie at the end of August, with the final round at Tarland, what's not to like, It's pretty gruelling racing with some very tech stages. Not bad going for a 60+

    Yip, I have raced my eBike in an eBike specific race in Rotorua, NZ. Called Whaka Watt. Yip, they have pretty good power stages to get the heart going with a mix of good down hill runs also.

    I have not raced my eBike yet....I use to race XC back in the late 80's into the 90's ...first started on a Rigid bike...a Diamondback Arrival...an alloy bike that knocked the filings out of your teeth!

    That massive mudguard on the Santa Cruz automatically makes everything in that photo uncool.

    I'm a bit hesitant when it comes to asymmetric frame designs. Regular bike put a lot of unusual strain on shocks, but this Kellys, being an ebike puts even more. Then there is shape and space issue, would a coil shock fit there? What about piggyback shocks? OTOH - price point is solid.

    • @Driftuner
      @Driftuner Před 10 měsíci

      Coil and piggyback fits. Ive done it on this very frame

    AI vs algorithm - Giant/Liv Yamaha’s auto-assist is currently doing this using 6 sensors and an algorithm - wife loves it on variable terrain but finds it surgey on flats. Didn’t work for me on mtb techy trails cuz that surge. Maybe ML can smooth that out - hard to imagine they can collect enough in-situ data to actually beat a well tuned algorithm and an experienced rider

    As Adam suggested Martyn get Skynet to write the rest of the song. Does that Martyn is going to get Skynet to sing it. Or is Martyn going to do a duet with Rich?

    If there aren't even spare parts for Shimano or Bosch available and there don't seem to be any companies that can repair these motors, why even think that you could just change the motor without also having to change everything else electronically with .
    That people start buying cheaper Chinese crap, you can cheaply buy a new motor for your EMTB or buy an EMTB with a Polini motor, everything will probably work out in the end 😊.
    ALL THIS FOR THE SAKE OF MIÖLJÖN😋

    Is it not possible to preface that these aren’t available in North America priority review just to get it out of the way. I feel like we have enough of your viewership that you could at least do that. Thanks.

    • @HelloHello-gv2gg
      @HelloHello-gv2gg Před 10 měsíci

    Oh no, another asymmetric bikes (Kellys). Good luck to all new owners and big pockets for the shock replacement jobs every now and then 😢
