Excellent advice!! ♥️ I think a good routine starts at the beginning of the day. I used to find it extremely difficult to get up in the morning, but once I began a routine of going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, I look so forward to starting my day with quiet prayer time and spiritual reading. Like Father Bob said, “The decision to stay up late is the decision to not pray in the morning.” 🙏🏼 Amen!! Thank you Father Mark. God bless you always!!

Working shifts makes it nigh on impossible

I have ALWAYS been challenged in the morning, going back to 3 yrs old and now I'm 53 lol, and I recently understood I can not change that without His grace. So I've been asking for the grace, and He (and my guardian angel!) is helping me get to mass in the morning now. It's definitely much more positive and I get more done. He is most patient and merciful.🔥❤🔥

Good tips! Others, please share your own. I went and got some very fine little china cup and saucer that was free from someone, but they are cheap at thrift shops, too, now. They are very beautiful. I bought some tea and now each day, quietly, away from the computer etc., I make tea as a ritual and do NOTHING while I drink it. It's harder than it sounds! Even if it is only 5 minutes, it's calming. AND, just as he said, you look forward to it. You see that little cup and think, "That will be a nice little pause and refresher..." Peace of Jesus to all :-)

I came to know Christ in jail in 2013 by reading a book, "Overcoming spiritual blindness" by James P. Gills MD. The veil was taken off my eyes. Heaven came through for me. Now i have a home a husband and a lovely year old daughter (Zoa), and a stream of income that get me $25,000 monthly. I can support God's work and give back to my community. God is absolutely more than enough!

💡 Another idea for when you feel depleted and have nothing left to give: done quick/little thing (sacrifice) for Jesus 🧔🏽♀️ and know that He will make it into something wonderful and transforming in some way, for yourself or for someone else. 🥰
