A Dirty Garage Sale Dresser Refreshed to Vintage Beauty!

We purchased this sweet dresser for a mere $30 at a garage sale. I thought it was painted with chalk paint and that it would be easy to sand through the paint so my intention was to sand the entire piece down to raw wood. NOPE!
That didn't happen. It WASN'T chalk paint. Plus I made a very interesting discovering about the top of the piece. Come see what happened.
