    You mentioned stair stepping coming around circa 2015. I actually wrote it up in 2013 but didn’t publish it, did a talk about it at DCBKK in 2014, and finally published the post in 2015.

    It seems Pieter Levels says Indie Hacking is dead, because his latest business is relying on another bigger business to be successful.
    And as they control price, he basically lost his independence.
    So the solution is to bring back the independence.
    So either choose another niche,
    or build your own AI model.

    About copycats, Yes, so many copycats there.
    But they mostly don't execute so they fail anyway.
    They don't do improve product and marketing. They tend to do way less. We don't need to care too much.

    Doesn’t seem realistic for most anymore .
    Too much competition and clones . It’s like playing the lottery at this point .
