      I had a torn labrum for over 9 years. I lost feeling in my finger tips about a year after that. They feel like someone missed the nail with the hammer and hit the fingertip. My whole arm has been asleep for years now and I just try to make do. Thank you again so much

    Hello!
    Have you experienced good treatment results as compared to more traditional exercises?(prone extension, sidelying external rotation, sidelying forward flexion and prone horizontal abduction with external rotation)
    Cheers!

    • @Dan-lg4ti
      @Dan-lg4ti Před 4 lety

      These exercises are intended for people who aren’t quite there yet - doing traditional exercises will have minimal benefit as other muscles will take over.

    Why do I feel stronger contraction in my left serratus anterior and delts when doing overhead press? (With dumbbells)
    Both sides have same strength.

    • @D_v_
      @D_v_ Před 4 lety

      If there's an assymetry in left/right strength your muscles on the left side have to exert more power, meaning you feel more activation.

It is a great one of a kind product for getting rid of your shoulder pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my GF after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.

    Can these exc help to reset scapula position and is there relationship between tricep and sternum pain if scapula in wrong position 🙄 thank u ♥️

    • @Physiotutors
      @Physiotutors  Před 5 lety

      Yes, they train resetting the scapula. Scapular dyskinesis is not linked with the development of shoulder pain - unless in elite athletes. So don't think that it's an issue in triceps and sternum pain.

    Hi Kai,
    I have patient with upper trap tightness, protracted shoulders and winging scapula. I have prescribed stretching the muscles of the shoulder girdle as well as RI for upper traps and levator scapulae. This is part of his early rehab. He plays volleyball so I believe the early exercises would help progress his posture. I want to use these exercises before strengthening of the rotator cuffs come into play to further strengthen the scapula. What do you think?

    I think I have multiple issues going on with my neck and scapular area. My neck at the base of the skull on the left side feels pain and has a tendency to pop/crack. My sternum pops if I sit down on a couch or when i get up in the morning. My left elbow pops when I go into external rotation with the rotator cuff. Does the lower trap assist with external rotation of the rotator cuff? I think I have a weakness in the lower trap on the left side. I think this because of a study I will link here.
    www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21289453
    My right side has issues but generally around the scapular only. I think it might be it's own separate problem. What makes me think this is because I only got issues on that side much later on after excessive use. I had issues with my knee and lower back, but has greatly improved due to your video on gluteus medius exercises. I had suspected that was the problem due to athleanx but the treatment he recommended did very little to fix my issue. It was only after using the exercises on this channel did things get better. Gonna try using the exercises in this and hope I can recover and get back to working out. Been to so many physios IRL and they have been inadequate to say the least. I have had chiro's, Osteopaths, Orthopedist and multiple tests done with no solution given. Been two years I have suffered with this and it has dramatically reduced the quality of life. I am in a state of hope right now, but I have gone through hoping to despairing over and over. I fear that my problems with be around for the rest of my life. Thank you for the work you do and I hope that my issues with my neck and scapular will be solved by doing these exercises

      @@Physiotutors Just booked two appointments today. One with a musculoskeletal physiotherapy masters and another with a masters in sports physiotherapy. The five or so other physios I saw only had a bachelors degree. I have a feeling that I may have upper cross syndrome with a upper and lower traps imbalance, especially on the left side where my upper trap is much larger than on the right side. Combed your archive for anything on upper cross syndrome, but I couldn't find anything. I'll just have to patiently wait to see the physiotherapists next week. Thank you kindly from over here in Australia.
