Stunning.. My only problem is the direct access of the guest bedroom from the living/dining room area. They should have been creative with the access and hidden it.

I understand your fears but you will be surprised how safe the place is. Any tall building if you are not careful even with balconies you will face the wrath of gravity 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
The only reason I'm even looking is to show these spaces to young couples we know (and because you do great work.) Even in the States, I've never considered high-rises a good family option personally. As always, great work on your part.

Ooohh we are only remaining with less than 10 units . Even on affordable rentals and sales we normally have 1 or 2 unit's available. That's not to conclude that the houses are overpriced or not. That's how the market is generally
