For the last 10yrs I have holidayed, at least once a year in SA, and I must say flying in from London each time, I am convinced that I must relocate to SA.
The fact that I can run my businesses from any where in world, based on the fact that; All I need is a high speed internet connection. Your videos are a continuous reminder that… I must make haste!

You can just stay in Cape Town, and keep it there, because there is so many beautiful properties and locations, it is a breathtaking city, picturesque. You should also do some of the houses in Bloubergstrand, Constancia, The Vineyards, Wine Estates

It's a pity the pool blocks the view of the Ocean when sitting in the living room or lying in bed. The only way to enjoy the ocean and the horizon is standing or from the pool itself. For me that's a design miss. Beautiful apartment though.
