Anyone else found this channel so random and now addicted to every videos she post. I never dare to miss any of these. My favourite series of all 🤍🍄
Yeah me
@@Takumian me two
Right here!! 🙋🏻♀️
Me me meeeeeeee!!!! So inspired.
Yes
I appreciate the fact that you didn’t just discuss the food, but also the unique culture and sense of community in itaewon. I hope the government changes their mind about destroying such a vibrant community
So touched when you talked about the Halal aspects of food and the Muslim community there. Love you Tina ❤️
Tina's vlogs are incredible. Not only the production and editing, but the subject matter is so informative and interesting, and the kindness she does for these small restaurants by giving them the credit they deserve. I'm engrossed every time.
Oh my god, that neck-breaking twist in attitude from that guy bluntly telling you to move your purse to “OH MY GOD DOOBY!” Pretty satisfying. And you were so nice to him afterwards… I would have been a dick!
Y’all, use your manners with everyone, you never know when Dooby will show up right next to you.
Agreed. Hard yes.
Yeah he was rude
Totally a rude guy! Tsk tsk
I don’t think he was rude, just very direct
I actually think it was his korean friend who said that.
seeing Tina shedding light on these "poor neighbourhood" as well as the Mosque and the surrounding shops for Halal food is just melting my heart
I love how it seems so natural for her to introduce some of the best places to eat in 이태원 to us. It's literally like a quick tour with one of the local people. I look forward to visiting some of those places to have the recommended menu thinking about her description of food.
In Mexico, we have a very similar dish to the battered, stuffed, and fried gochu, but it's a larger pepper (we call it "Poblano" pepper), and the dish's name is Chille Relleno. Can be stuffed with fresh cheese, beans, and some stews like "picadillo" or Basque-Style Tuna. For serving, the pepper is bathed in savory tomato sauce and normally sided with refried beans. It's super homey and comforting!
I just appreciate your story telling skill which highlights your pride as Korean. I watched the Kdrama Itaewon and you just elevated what someone like me picks up from Korean shows we follow not that we/I take all of it as real but showcasing Korea gives us what’s behind those shows and the Real Korea. ❤ . You are very talented.
Tina always nails the music selection for her videos, I love the Humoresque. Amazing work!
These Seoul food adventure episodes are unstoppable! Haven't finished this one yet and I'm already planning on watching it a 2nd time 😂
Yes exactly how I feel! And I'm writing tips in the meantime for my own videos.
gurl, you didn’t even talk about those big beautiful pots you were standing in front of. still, THIS vid needs to win an award of some kind. INCREDIBLE documentation and storytelling about of a neighbourhood whose significance you amplify in many important ways.
As a north african i'm so happy you showed moroccan cuisine, definitely adding that place to my bucketlist :)
Currently watching you from Marrakech, Morocco. I used to live in Kyunglidan and this just took me on a memory ride. Glad to see Dave (can you move your bag guy) is still living around!
Also, Moroccan tea is green tea and mint. And Casablanca has one if not the best Moroccan sandwich even in Morocco.
Oh and friend chicken! And the butcher in front of it! I miss those people! And the ladies at the supermarket a little further down…
Hope everyone is ok!
By far the best content creator about life in Seoul. Tina, you do an awesome job of introducing the world to unique and authentic places. Love your vids! Thank you you!!❤
As a Moroccan I’m pleasantly surprised to see how you enjoy Moroccan food! Hopefully you get to visit the country and enjoy even more stuff💜
tbh i'm wondering what's moroccan about the sandwich she ate ..the baguette is frensh ..the omelette is not from moroccan cuisine ..the harissa is Tunisian ..the mayo is also not moroccan ..i expected her to eat smth really moroccan
@@zainebhidoussi1498 Well, the tea was the most Moroccan, but she thought it was black tea, and I took that too personally lol But all of the other items are common in Moroccan street food. Morocco has influences from other cultures, like many other countries. Although harissa is very common in the Maghreb, so agree to disagree about the Tunisian origin. Though I know it's very popular there. But why that sandwich was called a Berber sandwich makes zero sense to me. Other then marketing lol
I love how much history and contemporary context she includes in her videos!
the editing is so so good in this video. The cuts are seamless. Thank you for not using annoying sound effects, exagerrated expressions, and overall click-bait terms in your video. I love this video!
Not the scissors speech 😂😂 Thank you for all the culinary remarks and history lessons on the way with the delicious food😊🙏
Ur "death stare" was so hilarious when the guy at the end of the video asked u "can u move ur bag!?".....and as soon as he realized who u r, ur sarcastic enthusiasm ( i presume) was sooooo funny~! always looking forward to ur vlog, and u r a badass, u do u & keep being u~!!🤣🤣🥰🥰
Hey Tina if you’re reading this message I am a 12 year old kid. I love to cook and bake and I want to share it with the world someday. You are what a want to be. You are the biggest inspirations to me. Every day I sit down and look on CZcams and you’re videos are what I mostly watch. Thanks so much for making my day to day life exciting!
Aww keep going buddy I’m rooting for you💪
FIGHTINGGGGG 🖤🖤🖤🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
hell yeah
I miss your og cooking videos 🥹 would love to see more of them. I can’t imagine how busy the restaurant is but would love to see you back to the beginning ❤
These are so special. I honestly feel like they are good enough to be on TV. She’s filled with knowledge, entertaining to watch & listen to and the editing it just 🤌🏼!
I absolutely love the casual cozy drinking culture of korea because it is very similar to ours where you eat, drink & chat rather than going out, partying & getting drunk.
Girl, you talked about Morocco and my heart skipped a beat!
Very very happy that you liked our food and very proud that Moroccans represent us well in SK!
I hope you could give some moroccan traditional dishes a go as well :)
I just found this channel and already love it. The fact that she makes it funny but talks about the culture and place too, i love that!!
This video makes me wanna visit korea super soon and try all the street food!!
Hope you get to come and enjoy all the wonderful eats soon enough! There's so much to love!
That omelet baguette sandwich in the middle of the episode.. my oh my 💀 I need that!
my girl is so awkward around new people and strangers lmao. i love her😭
she's such an amazing human and i always love watching her videos since the beginning 💕
As much as i love your present content your aesthetic vlogs just hit different. Wish you post those once in a while .
I think they mean there ones that are more calm with less talking. I like those too.
Dang, Tina blessing us with such a long food tour video! My day is made 🙏
I love how she's describing the taste of the food. It feels like I can also taste the food she described. Uggh she's so good. 😍
There's humor, the joy for cuisine & good vibes. Love these videos
i love watching tina's vlog, it shows the rawness(?) of the daily life of koreans, like seeing an ahjumma squatting next to the store, an ahjumma holahooping and many more
Hi Tina. I am one of my Muslim followers from Malaysia. Your hearty content is such a wholesome and thank you for indicating bits & pieces about islamic community/food in your featured video today. I appreciate it so much and would love to see more halal/muslim-friendly delicacies in Korea. It would be very helpful for us to travel there anytime soon. Forever doobies here ❤❤
All about this episode is sentimental because it reminds me of my favourite small local restaurants from hometown, I mean this kind of hometowns and neighbourhood memories almost everyone hold onto endearly. Not like franchise and big famous restaurants but they always give familiar vibes and homey kind of warm feeling.
Thank you for sharing your culture with us, so grateful to witness it all and share in your passions for food and humanity!
the commentary and production on these videos is just so amazing, I feel like I'm learning something new every time!
Amazing job featuring the sights, sounds, and vibe of the areas.
I lived in Korea from 2014 - 2016 and still have dreams about Casablanca. I'm soooo happy to see that it's still doing well, and really hope I get to eat there again some day. It makes me so happy to see you here, Dooby.
this is real journalism like… I just love love love your videos

We are so lucky to be living in a time when we can experience Tina's iconic vlogs
Dooby has become our local guide and is teaching more stuff about korea😍
After my fam vacay to Seoul, Im watching this fave vlog of yours! Thank you for this Dooby! ❤
The editing is so good. Congrats to whoever does it.
I love how now (well, not that now but still) youtube videos are like tv documentaries, I mean great and professional shots, well structured, plus it's not just her walking and eating, it has lots of information and history, her revies on the food, etc and that just takes this to a whole another level
The way you interact and explain is so refreshing 😇😇
These videos from you are literally my top picks ❤
This video is now one of my favourites!⭐️
It’s so dynamic and cool. Just like you 😊
Would love to see a seasonal episode for each 24h special (only if you have time!). Also, always enjoy your story telling and the passion you put into each video. Keep it up - hwaiting! :)
i enjoyed this video so much. now i know more not just about itaewon as the area but also the food in the area! thank you for making this video, tina. gonna put every place on the list for the next time i visit itaewon ❤
This really an amazing Channel, I follow so many food and "travel vloggers" but you have something very unique and interesting! I have never imagined to see a mosque in Korea let alone a Muslim community or refugees! So thank you for the tour and the information!
I love how she makes her videos it's so interesting 🤩❤❤
I amso happy that you covered this part of ITAEWON ❤❤❤❤ Hope to see more places in KOREA ❤
Gurl! I feel you on the first restaurant you went to with the cold acorn soup. I started going to a place called Kimchi house with my childhood best friend and her family. They were Korean and would take us at least once a month. They worked a ton, so when they both had a day off, we would go and eat for HOURS and hangout. I almost never saw anyone that wasn’t Korean in there, and all the banchan was self serve. The ladies that ran the business have multiple gardens around the tiny building, and would sometimes make my friend and I tend to the garden before we could grab food. I ate there yesterday and found out that they are closing down in a month. It’s so sad, but I’m glad they will have more time for family now. It’s another legendary community staple that has to close down for some high rise and chain stores.
Omg Tinaaaaaa😂😭 Celebrity !!!!!! I was shooked to see you 🙌🏻🤍❤ I wasn't sure at first but than later i realised it was you !!!!! ㅠㅠ
Dooby Tina is the reason why I love YT❤❤❤phenomenal work. Thank you, Tina. Love you so much 💗
thank you for bringing us around amazing itaewon! and you are so dope btw🫶🏼
The reason to enjoy a light roast would be to taste the range of flavors that exist in the natural coffee bean. Most of those flavors are stripped when it's a dark roast. Used to be an only dark roast fan but I've learned that medium and light roasts boast an amazing range of flavors that are unique to the particular origin of the coffee beans. Worth keeping an open mind to that if you enjoy coffee in my opinion.
Completely agree, but god forbid we argue with Dooby because she knows best apparently
your food videos are really informative and entertaining at the same level, im obsessed i wanna move to korea now 😭
Love this series Tina! please do more
This was so so informative. I loved this so much. Thank you!!
You truly captured the essence of life through the enjoyment of food, Thank you!
Your vlogs are so mind refreshing love the way u explain about the foods n the jokes too 💗💗

Love how you talk about itaewon and educate ❤️
What a lovely episode. Thoroughly enjoyed this and great videography too
Watching this before bed and now I'm hungry but now I know that I really should explore Itaewon when I visit in a few months ❤
Very tough to watch this kind of content before bed, at least for me 🤣 can't stand being hungry and trying to fall asleep!
I love her videos, the content and the vibes of it!❤️
loving these series hehe thanks tina!
🥳 episode food-culture-guide, you are so good choosing the songs, love it!!
This one was so cool and special... hearing, learning and discovering the nooks and crannies of this district with our favorite Dooby❤👏🏾😍
Last month, I went to mija seoul from Japan. At the time, I didn't walk around Itaewon, thinking it was a town full of things that go in and out of fashion at a very fast pace...Your video has shown me that I knew nothing about it. I have to go back before they are gone. And it is a special experience for reliving a someone's memorable dish. Thank you, Tina, for sharing your memories of the food. Now I have a reason to visit Seoul again. I always enjoy your quality content❤️
Thank you for being so informative, amusing, and thoughtful!
That reaction to the fan at the fried pepper place is destructively funny
I love street foods series SO MUCH
I really love you portray Korea ! Learning so much.
Playing a vacation next year to Seoul & im glad I found your channel bc you break down the food in detail , so I can understand what to eat when I get there. Thanks!
Omg watching your videos makes me want to go back to Korea ❤️😍
Same, love these videos! Good thing I have a ticket to go in a few weeks 😅
40 mins Dooby vlog. Its a lucky day 🎉❤
Loved the choice of song at the end there. Niklas Gabrielsson and his work with Platina jazz is some of my favorite stuff
damn your videography/cinematography (?) is getting soo good! growing lots. it's fun to watch. thanks!
I really enjoy watching your videos, and I appreciate you showing us where you grew up and ate as a kid. Much love from USA.
So good to see a content creator just not create content but valuable, well researched and informative content. Love watching your videos ! Hope to bump into you in Seoul someday :)❤
I love your videos so much!! So addictive!!
Should do a travel channel reviewing foods around the world!
i love these seoul vlogs of every neighborhood, yeonhui/yeonnam next!
what the heck such a coincidence, just finished watching your other 24 hour korean street food vid. and suddenly you post a new one. omgggg excited to watch it
This episode was awesome! Dooby Bourdain episode. I loveeeeee everything and learning about Korea with your touch of idgaf
Tina I love these kinds of videos! Please do a (chicken) mukbang next
Omg i didnt expect to see Moroccans in Korea! Itaewon really is very diverse
Oh btw moroccan mint tea is complete green tea which is cooked over the stove for some extra time, then they add mint or lemon verbena or peppermint to give that iconic flavor
This is one your best vlogs to date!!! I love how you educated us about the diverse culture and the community in Itaewon. I didn’t know that about Seoul at all. Wow thank you, Tina ❤
Liebe Grüße aus Goslar. This means "Kind regards from Goslar."
Really random for me finding this channel a few days ago and then suddenly you hear some words that might sound like your hometown while you're lowkey watching some youtube content.. and then it actually meant my hometown, woaoh.
We have a very similar dish here in the Philippines Tina! We called it dynamite, it's a green chili stuff with ground pork and spices but the main ingredient is cheese and we also cover it with thin spring roll wrapper instead of batter🍴🤗
I like the way you explain your food .. just pure ❤
A great way to end my day is by watching Dooby's videos before going to bed
