I like the fact that nodt uses the bankais' name instead of calling it bankai so he treats it like it's alive unlike the other quincies
Of course, he’s also the most obviously insane of them, so take that as you will.

my theory is that as nodt really liked byakuya's bankai because its such a terryfing zanpakuto. billions of small blades rushing at you, capable of turning you to red paste on the floor. As nodt probably enjoys stuff like that can induce fear and pain.
Hakka no Togame means "White Haze Punishment." It looks so beautiful. So much nicer than the manga. And I was so happy that they kept the Byakuya line about Hakka no Togame being beautiful. It's the nicest thing he's ever said to Rukia.

I really like that episode 6 of TYBW part 1 has Yamamoto's "Hottest and Badass" Bankai then in episode 6 of TYBW part 2 has Rukia's "Coldest and Gorgeous" Bankai. Also, Press F for As Nodt. His voice actor did a really good job to scare you.

Yes and no. In natural observations of the elements there's nothing colder than absolute zero, as at that point all *natural* matter is rendered inert. However, scientists have created atomic gasses that push past absolute zero, which is artificially created and thus not natural. I'd say it's more accurate to say there's no known observations of anything past absolute zero that are naturally occurring, but negative kelvins are very much possible.

The thing about the Stern Ritter losing and being killed is that they disobeyed. Their orders were to "defeat them instantly." Both BG9 and Cang Du played with their food. Yhwach doesn't take disobedience.

Revealed as a completely white blade, earning it the recognition as the most beautiful zanpakutō in Soul Society, it utilizes ice to attack, each of its abilities being labeled as "dances" as it’s command and being able to turn the surrounding thin air into a tower of ice freezing her enemies in place, her True Shikai unleashes its true power extent that can lower the temperature so cold that it reaches -273.15 Celsius (-459.7°F or “absolute zero” which only exists in certain parts of space) freezing Rukia's body and anyone or anything that her zanpakuto touches that she must constantly maintain to not affect her self, manifesting/resembling high maintenance beauty.
Bankai drastically expands the range at which Rukia's absolute zero temperature freezes anything making it an all-encompassing, instantaneous power. Lastly Regarding Äs Nödt Vollständig - Tatar Foras (“Fear of God”) Voice acting for this episode had one of the longest recording sessions in anime history, supervised by Kubo himself as a General Supervisor for this entire arc adaptation. This episode proves why Byakuya had to survive and it was already in the manga, so not even anime original. Kubo knows how to bring things full circle and make use of something or someone even if he initially planned not to.
What was really cool with As Nodt was that his voice at some points just came from different places if you have a surround setup, it switches from speaker to speaker, that shit was amazing.
As Nodt saying his Volstandig causes fear through optic nerves is just a fancy way of saying just looking at him infects his opponent with fear. Which is pretty fitting giving the how he looks once he transforms.
And closing your eyes don’t work now that’s terrifying 😅

What's crazy is that Rukia barely ever needs to use Bankai anyway. Her Shikai does the exact same thing as her Bankai, but Hakka No Togame is basically a wide-area version of it. She can fight at subzero temperatures with her Shikai and even reach Absolute Zero, but if she wants to end a fight immediately she can use Hakka No Togame to instantly bring everything around her to Absolute Zero and destroy it.

Most characters in Bleach have barely any wins, let alone fights 💀 Toshiro beat Shawlong, Yukio, Cang Du, Hallibel, Luppi, Yumichika, Ikkaku, and Charlotte. Toshiro only lost four times throughout the series; he lost against Aizen twice and then lost to Bazz B and Mayuri. His fight against Gin was interrupted and never concluded because of Rangiku interfering, and his fight against Gerard never concluded because Yhwach killed Gerard, and then Toshiro Lisa and Hiyori vs. Hallibel, which is a separate fight from Toshiro's 1v1 with Hallibel, never concluded because Aizen cut her down. I don't understand how you can say Luppi and Hallibel were either draws or interruptions; both of those fights are clear wins for Toshiro, and the fact you think they aren't means you don't know what the definition of a win is and clearly means you're just another illiterate Bleach fan 🤦🏽 Luppi was incapacitated and was saved by the Negacion; his tentacles were destroyed, and the Negacion was the one who broke him free, and Yammy even confirmed he lost. Hallibel was overwhelmed and incapacitated by Toshiro's Hyoten Hyakkaso; her weapon was frozen, and she had to be freed by Wonderweiss, and Barragan confirmed she lost. Both Luppi and Hallibel lost to Toshiro. Just because they didn't die doesn't mean it doesn't count as a win for him. By definition of the word win, which means to be successful or victorious in a contest or conflict, or to acquire or secure as a result of a contest, conflict, bet, or other endeavor, Toshiro won against both Hallibel and Luppi 🤷🏽 It's insane how people like you still think Toshiro didn't beat Hallibel or Luppi. It's actually so concerning, like, go re-read, please. You can even look it up, and it says Toshiro won against both of them, which isn't hard to understand. Toshiro was never built up to be a powerhouse, so I don't understand what you were expecting 🤷🏽 If you actually watched or read the series, you would know that throughout the series, he was simply noted for being a prodigy and for having huge potential in the future. Early in the series, we are literally told that his Bankai is still not fully mature and that he's a young prodigy who still needs to grow. He was never built up to be one of the best captains at all, and he was never built up to be a powerhouse. He was built up to be one of the best captains in the future, and that's it. Just because you had unrealistic expectations for him when we're told he's a CHILD prodigy who's Bankai still isn't MATURE, meaning he isn't going to be an experienced powerhouse who handles his fights easily, doesn't mean his feats are garbage. I liked how Rukia's initial bankai release mirror that of Ichigo. They both point at the direction of the enemy and blast an energy/snow towards the target and a pillar of light/snow erupts.
Ichigo's bankai is all about speed while Rukia is all about staying perfectly still.
The animation wasn’t anything crazy, but the art was sooo good. With the recent art directors and illustrators I’ve had some problem w some of the girls having shovel face, but almost everything was perfect especially the later shots of As’ holy form and Rukia’s bankai

Sode no Shirayuki's spirit form is a Yukiona meaning Snow Lady. That is why when Rukia used Bankai she looked like a Snow Lady

I was so hyped when Rukia's bankai got animated and it did NOT disappoint. Its even more beautiful than the manga art. Btw As Nodt's form Tatarforas means Fear of God.
So Shirainoyuki’s bankai basically makes her an ice nuke that flash freezes everything within her aoe at the molecular level. And it looks like she has some impressive range. And this includes Rukia. Rukia’s got an extremely dangerous and temperamental partner. 😅
What rukia did with bankai looked even below absolute zero. Shikai was -273 already and As Nodt escaped it. Couldn't escape bankai.
How is Toshiro's ice sword strongest?

A. Rukia needs to get close to freeze someone at absolute zero (rukia stated this that her blade is an extension to reach someone) and her bankai won't let her be able to move but it's a one shot( this might change) and in order to freeze someone at absolute zero she must put her own temperature at absolute zero as well while toshiro can flash freeze someone without the drawback of affecting his own temperature so he can move more freely.
B.While toshiro at true bankai doesn't rely on his blade touching someone to freeze but instead he uses the entire atmosphere so he has massive range advantage
C .While rukia has absolute zero , toshiro has the ability that whenever he freezes something the ability will no longer work, toshiro freezes matter as well
D.Toshiro has higher reatsu and is much faster than rukia
Toshiro must messed up badly to lose to rukia
Rukia's bankai is the most beautiful bankai and toshiro is the strongest ice type zanpaktou that it's even stated that he will surpass Yamamoto himself in 1000 years

If we compare his mature bankai with Rukia's current immature one, he *may* win.
Compare his immature one with hers, he loses badly becasue of lack of power in his attacks. Rukia's bankai as it is now is at its infancy and still so strong.
Not to mention he takes his time entering mature state. Lasts not so long too so both their bankais has major pros and cons currently.
We don't know how cold Toshiro's bankai is. Even Rukia's shikai is absolute zero. Bankai must be lower than that cuz As Nodt escaped absolute zero shikai but couldnt escape her bankai.
So even in Rukia's shikai, Toshiro's bankai ice can't harm her cuz she is capable of living while being unalive in absolute zero.
Toshiro has more capabilities with skills and kido but his zanpakuto is SO weak. His zanpakto looks more versatile, hers look strongest. Unlike whats stated.

Her bankai when undoing it means she has to thaw out....but if she thaws out too fast, she risks breaking/killing herself....which is why byakuya told her to take her time....
-273°C is also known as Absolute Zero. This is the coldest temperature ever, where no molecule can move. It is so cold that it’s said to be unattainable, we can just go near that temperature and never reach it. So Rukia is busted now 😂😂😂

Rukia’s Bankai is the complete opposite of Yamamoto’s Bankai. She hasn’t even mastered it and she’s already this powerful, took out As Nodt who is a mid tier Sternritter. If Rukia ever gets the hang of her Bankai and Shikai in the future. She’ll definitely be a lot stronger than both Byakuya and Renji.

Frozen? The F being frozen at the end was just symbolism. He was just literally frozen to death. His Holy form/Vollstandig Tatar Foras literally means Fear of God. He used Fear in his attacks and as be was in the Hospital bed he was saying he was scared. His F stands for Fear.

It has already been said that Toshiro's bankai is the strongest of the ice element, because freezing elements like ENERGY is something broken
Just before this discussion heat up (pun intended) they're fundamentally different. Rukia controls temperature while Toshiro controls the element ice. Ice is not the primary function of Rukia's sword, it's a byproduct of her lowering the temperature of things. So the statement that Toshiro's zanpakuto is the strongest ice type can still be true even if Rukia was (or will be) stronger than him. The way I see it it seems like Rukia has more "force" while Toshiro has way more versatility since he can actually manipulate the ice around and give it movement (he shoots projectiles and animates a whole ass ice Dragon while Rukia unleashes ice or blizzards mostly in straight lines)
