Hopefully this will help a lot of people. Share the video far and wide👍
Really appreciate this effort Bill. Long video with step by step guidance for people like myself who are learning from scratch whether to do something or to just have the knowledge on how it's done. Again, it hasn't been said enough, really appreciate the effort and content that you give us and keep the vids coming mate. Bravo Bill.
You’re very welcome. Definitely a long video with many hours of recording and editing lol👍
Hey Bill, please if you can do the video about measuring up, etc.
My husband and I will be renovating our kitchen this year, so love to see your tips 🙂👌🙏
Thank you so much for showing the whole process, fantastic job!
You’re very welcome 👍👍👍
As usual, you have managed to instruct and produce a video that teaches and plugs so many unanswered gaps for us DIY home handymans. As I am in the process of renovations, this masterclass has come at a perfect time. Thanks again Bill for your video series. Whenever I need to do some handy work around my home, I refer to your videos to see if you have already produced it. Truly inspiring and keep up the fantastic community work. Well done 👍🏻😊
You’re welcome, glad I can help👍👍👍
Mate, it looks fantastic! I wish to god you were in Melbourne! Thanks for taking us on this journey with you and for sharing your skill and knowledge. Huge respect!
You’re welcome, glad you enjoyed it 👍
@@billshowto you forgot one very important aspect - is the wife happy?
lol sure is👍
Absolutely Amazing - the best video you have done with so much detail
Thanks👍👍👍
Try measuring where the studs are first then transpose on the rail. That should help you line up the screw holes, then trim the rail to allow the holes to line up....
Awesome job, well explained , ikea should sponsored you for this project
Very nice video. 3-4 days in 1.5 hours. Great job!
I think your instinctive reaction to the tiles was correct. Tiles date, they're germ traps and the colour of yours doesn't tie in with the rest of the fixtures. I would have preferred to see a glass splashback in a light to medium grey. It would blend well with the cupboards, counter top and white sink. But... if you're getting used to the tiles now, it'll be a whole lot easier to accept them and live with it ☺
Looks incredible. Well done Bill
Thank you👍
Thanks for explaining the glide bump tool for silicon against tiles. will give that a go. Legend.
Looks really good. You make it so simple. Truly inspiring, thanks.
That looks amazing, thank you so much I think I’m going to try tackling mine myself, so many handy tips 👍
Excellent!!
Thank you
No instructions needed now !!
Step by step for the whole kitchen 👍👍👍
The colours are great, cream white n grey are magic.
Thank you. We have kept it as is 👍👍👍
Really really nice job !!
Hey mate great video! You should for sure do a tile over tile video, especially for floor tiles!
I may do it in the future , for now I kind of like the tiles . Not sure if it’s growing on me or it actually works👍
I’ve been an ikea kitchen installer for 7 years and although some stuff is decent in this video, overhanging your filler strip into the carcass of the cab is a recipe for disaster. The reveals around your doors will look way out of wack. On the right track and great video. Try stringing your rails as well and shimming to account for any deviation in your walls. It’ll make screwing them together and leveling them a breeze.
Your giving me ideas on new kitchen designs for my new build. Thanks Bill.
👍👍👍
Omg! Amazing!
👍👍👍
Bro, do you need a 40 yr old apprentice? I don't need money, lovin what your doing.

Smashing work brother, appreciate the detail and looks amazing! No doubt a very happy wife, I hear that equals something 😉
Wow Bill, great work mate. Excellent explanation of each step, proper quality workmanship even with a flat pack kitchen.
👍👍👍
Mashallah,,, Well done Bill 👍
Loved every bit of it, the tiles came out awesome , loved the details & explanations ,,,
One confession tho ,,, at the beginning i said to myself "There's No way it took him 5 hours to assemble the cabinets!" but at 52:02 , i swear, it would've took me a day just to figure out how to assemble the drawers 😅
If i may suggest one thing, since there's no windows to allow natural light in, i'd suggest installing an under counter light fixtures, that would bring more light to the countertop area, plus, it will make the splash back pop even more.
All Tamam m8👌👍
Jazak allah kheir.
Really awesome, thx a bunch
Thanks for the video, please note you put the feet incorrect, it should also support the side element.
Legend!
👍
Looks awesome. What is the tile style and make? Where can you buy them? Approx cost of kitchen cabinetry? Benchtop? Sink and tap ware? We are currently pricing out ours.
I would have to try and find out the exact name of the tile. All up it cost me between $6500-7000 complete. Paying someone to do it for you would be double if not triple the price. I may have to do a separate video to go through costing
@@billshowto many thanks Bill would be great if you could find the title make and style.
Newport Gloss Bone Mixed Square Tile. Purchased from tile cloud
@@billshowto brilliant Bill, many thanks!!!
Nice video
As theres no heat source, could you use a wallpaper then covering by 3mm clear acrylic sheet as splashback? possible wrap the wallpaper to under the face level cupboards to cover the cam heads
Great work! What color cabinets are these from ikea?
What stud finder were u using
Looks great mate loving the videos. I’m about to do my kitchen. Just wondering did you look into the kaboodle kitchens as well? If so what made you choose the ikea one?
I have done many kaboodle kitchens before. A few reasons why I went with ikea include being slightly cheaper, online planning tool and in store consultation ( for free ), range of profiles from ikea and also the fact that everything is in stock ready for collection or delivery.
Thanks mate really appreciate it keep up the good work.
looks great wat did it cost the lot
Between $6500-7000 complete
Your a gun Bill ❤
