Don't need to rush when you are on day rate 😉

I’m sure you’re faster when you’re going for it. That wall would take me 3-4 mins to first coat. But like you said no rush when its just one wall 👍

Where do you get rid of the water once you’ve cleaned all of tools and buckets when you’ve finished a job?

I filter water from the dirty water then place water in to buckets then poured in to gravel or the garden , the dirty filtered waste goes into rubble back and allow to set them gets taken to waste site.

mate, in your experience, do you really need to remove all the wallpaper paste/glue for the skim to stay up? cheers

Probably best to wash walls, the PVA is water soluble & will reactivate any thing that is water, don’t worry to much about paste.
If you was painting a wall with wallpaper paste on then you would be in trouble.

TheGatesOfFire any bits of wallpaper will be a nightmare, when you cover the wall with plaster it’s will soak the paper and when you go to flatten off you’ll drag the paper off the wall with your plaster on top

Your hop up is fked and would fail site test. Any reason you didn't scrim the huge crack on the wall ?
