Being perfectly honest, 7 grown men could possibly kill a single Jaguar barehanded (Assuming none of them would cower the last second and hoe the rest), but I'd wager at least 3 of them would die and the rest would be heavily injured. Theoretically, of course. On practice, I doubt anyone would be willing to become a casualty just to prove a point.
Also, the fight would have to happen in a closed space because a Jaguar wouldn't jump on a large group of people on the first place, but if it was cornered, then it would attack with the bloodlust to defend itself.

Yeah, but that thing is agile aswell. Humans can barely catch cats, let alone predators like that. Not only that, one bite or swipe of it's claw would either take off a limb or break a bone, if not kill you. Jaguars also can be pretty durable, as they do things like fall off the top of a tree daily or fight other jaguars. They can probably beat it with some strategies though
