Band is great. Lu is great. Bassman killin it with eyes closed. Fabulous.
Tiene una voz lodosa que arrasa con todo. El grupo es fenomenal. Magistral cover. El solo supera con creces a Richards.
Lucinda is awesome! Great video.

She’s a rock ‘n’ roll queen and you know what I mean!

SO good ! I really enjoy all their Stone's covers. This one is phenomenal ! Great band.
Thank you, Blyth Spirit.
Thank you Blyth Spirit, the Stones song reflects the very nature of our species since the written word.
What written word?
@Henrik - I’m not sure what your question is.💕
@@henriksrensen3220 You question is like asking which drop of rain is the rain?
My point is that written language and the ability to read it is only 5000 years old; our species as Homo sapiens is between 200,000 and 200,500 years old.
The devil needs language as its kitchen helper for its recipes.
Have always loved this song. When my eyes are closed and my head is swaying you know I'm enraptured.
That's awesome, you get it. It reminds me of Dylan also. You Got to serve somebody. It's a tough thing to choose when the beggars banquet is on the table
Love this song. Especially when it's done well, like this.
Love!
Spiritualized!!

Am I tripping or is the drummer doing double duty with a maraca in one hand. I've never seen anyone do that before!
@davidhays5345
Yes - the drummer is in fact doing double duty!💕
totally missed the full step change "please to meet you, wont you guess my name"?
I love Lucinda, God knows I do, but I think she misunderstood this song. The whole point of the song is that everybody loves blaming the devil for all the bad/evil in the world. But it's people and people alone who commit evil acts. Only When the People themselves decide to stop doing evil to one another, will evil actually end. That's the only way it Can stop. The devil is saying, "Stop scapegoating me for Your wrongdoing. Take some damn responsibility for your own actions for a change." The first step is admitting you have a problem.
Just like Joan Osborne's One of Us is not about how great God is. And I quote: "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!" She's a genius. In this short repeating phrase, she's saying it is irrelevant whether or not God is good or great. God has no right to judge humanity simply for us trying to survive day to day under the natural conditions and constraints only a creator had the power to change or place upon us in the first place. Our imperfections were forced upon us by no fault of our own. You can't intentionally make mankind imperfect on purpose and then judge them or condemn them to hell when things go wrong. What did you think was going to happen?? Duh!
Thank you!
What are the band members names?
@Blake Adams -
Vocals : Lucinda Williams
Drums : Fred Eltringham
Bass : Steven Mackey
Guitars : Stuart Mathis
Guitars : Joshua Grange
