My favorite song on Europe 72 album and the first time I seriously listened to the Dead. I also remember some great friends from back then, most now dead I suppose. RIP you guys.
You know, all of these comments, all of these horrbly negative and judgemental comments, all of theses small minded tribal silly and childish comments, and the people who post them, is what makes me lose faith in humanity. The bass line reminds me of Teenage Wasteland by The Who. Kept hearing it as I listened to the Cowboy Junkies. But great performance of the Lou Reed song by them with lovely vocals and beautiful guitar, accordion and drums (and supporting instrumentalists). Didn’t know the song, didn’t know the band but loved it.
