    It's back day at Pharos Idyllwild! Join Farris and trendsetter Josh for a comprehensive back workout, starting with light deadlifts in the 8-12 rep range at 60% load. Our warm-up includes straight arm pulldowns, inverted flies, rear delt flies, and gorilla rows. Then we tackle an inverted ladder of kettlebell swings and pull-ups. Once warmed up, we dive into our deadlift sets, followed by isolation exercises like horizontal rows, mechanical advantage lat pulldowns, and back extensions.
    Naturally you'll want to finish strong with some active tanning!
