Good advice but still this is not gonna work for many people. Even if it is, it's not gonna work for too long. Eventualy you have to get married to a person who can meet up your sexual desires i.e. who's sexually compatible with you but again such a partner is hard to find. So here comes the option for 2nd marriage, which is more of a necessity for young men with higher sexual energy than just a "sexual fantacy" as society labels it for men.

2. Namaz won't help you either.

Hamaray parents ki generation bahut hi high class k log hain lekin is pe unhon ne kabi tawajjo hi nhi d, i am almost 43 still unmarried. Today I am rejected just because of my age. I was nớt willing to marry now, my family insisted me to talk to girl and her family, I did, they said in the end everything is ok just age is too much. I just want to say that our parents generation couldn’t understand that how much big need is sexual relationship. I always heard that i am still not an old man. Otherwise alhamd o lillah i was one of the most beautiful boy of my school and college and i am educated person. But just they think i am still a kid

Sir I think main solution is marriage , and timely marriage, bride and groom family should omit all formalities in marriage that cause the late marriage like gold , job, home etc. Simple marriages on time and trying for own fate , after you get family you can manage everything when you are young, but in later age no happiness seems like happiness.
