Prof Dr Javed Iqbal is a surgeon with special interest in laparoscopic and cancer surgery. His professional qualifications are FCPS, FRCS, FACS, FICLS, MCPS-HPE.

He has more than twenty five research publications on his credit along with a book on surgery entitled "The Operative Surgery"He is a published poet, short story writer, critic and broadcaster. His current areas of effort are teaching and training of soft skill at various national and international fora. He is very active on social media and his team runs a very well subscribed youtube channel covering versatile topics& interests. He is regularly being invited on national & international TV shows for his intellectual contribution. He is an influential speaker. Millions of people are getting benefit from his videos on medical education, FCPS training, parenting, relationships, human wellbeing and various other social issues.
Govt of Punjab has recently assigned him the role of member, Punjab Health Policy Board.

I believe alongwith teaching children how to behave and conduct themselves, we should also teach parents how to treat their children. Parents should get weekly classes (one hour a week, minimum) on how to deal with children & their dilemmas.

Being an early years teacher and into teaching and learning in Pakistan but now in the UK, I can truely tell people:how unfortunate and misguided our sojciety in regards to personal development, self love, how such things can develop problems such as body dysmenorrhoea and emotional issues along with physical because of intense mental distress. Pakistani sojciety is faaaaar behind in teaching and especially educating parents about, helping kids to identify their own body names correctly and without any hesitation. Here in the UK we teach kids early on body parts and stranger danger concept, we also incorporate the concept of pants which is a way of teaching about how their body is only theirs and that no one is allowed to touch or talk about it, we educate kids about consent and of being expressive in general. I can truely say that, when I was in Pakistan and now here in the UK as especially an early years teacher I feel sooo sorry for the kids in Pakistan. Afcourse even for parents too. I wish if I ever come to Pakistan would love to sit with Sir and shhot a vlog on this topic. Apart from it keeping kids off the screens and incorporating more physical and interactive action daily basis, so many ideas can really make a difference. Regards sir. 🙏🏼

A very good initiative to discuss this topic, as the child grows parents should tell, explain n take their reviews about their problems, their physical n mental changes with the age and social issues in society like drugs n abuse n etc. Because believe if they knew th8s is good n that is bad, then they would be able to make a choice. Otherwise they will adopt what everyone else is doing regardless of that is good or bad.
But moreover telling them about reproduction, how egg is formed or so on, as you said in last of video, i think it's not appropriate.....
However in school they are being taught about reproduction in plants n animal n later in human as well. Which is quite good n better
