Nice lap behind this E36 ! Thanks to the E36's owner for this lap. Car: Hyundai i20 N Performance Track: Nürburgring Nordschleife Tyres: Pirelli P Zero HN
I have myself I20N and I cant just say how much I love this car. Drove it (way slower) on Nords in summer and I was so surprised how well the car is behaving on the track. For the price of the car SO MUCH FUN! Also great driving!!! :)
You can tell that E36 has been on the Track for a while as well as tuned it quite precise. I could say its a Veteran on the Track as well as to how old the E36 is compared to the i20N
Yes but the E36 has a lot of modifications for the track: -Full cage -Recaro seats & Schroth harnesses -ST XTA suspension -Axle parts mostly unibal or stiff mounted - 328i slightly modded And the driver has a lot of experience on the Nordschleife (+350 laps in 2023)
The i20n is pure fanservice to the 90s early 2000s JDM crown (even though it's KDM but who cares, even the new Supra is esentially a BMW z4). I used to drive a Civic Type R FK8 (2018) for 3,5 years, until some absolut retard totaled it. At least insurance covered more than I paid. Looking for a new car was really hard, since where the f do you find a sporty hot hatch, with a manual gearbox, handbrake handle and an exhaust that stock but sounds illegal as heck. Even though it's a Hyundai, this particular model is a full on Civic; it's what a Civic is supposed to be. Of course you can't forget the icing on the cake, that the display is full on inspired by video game clusters. I'm live action playing Need for Speed Underground while driving this car, name me one car that does this. (BMW does stuff like this with scoring drifts too) Oh and it ALSO shows the track just like in a video game. So basically; if you enjoyed racing gamins in the early 2000s to mid 2010s era, this literally is the car for you (The i30n doesn't have a digital cluster, so not video gamey)

Yes, it’s a fantastic pocket rocket for this price !
What an amazing car. Have it since March this year and can't get enough of it! 😍👍😎
Great track in a great car, thanks for taking us for a lap👍
Thanks 😊
Good lap!
Great video. Loved how much later on the brakes you were compared with that bmw 👍
Thanks 😊
Very nice driving!!

@TheRoyalmatt Yep, as I assumed correctly.
You don't see an old E36 be on par with a modern performance car.
Hey man nice drive like a boss.
Thanks 😊
That was awesome ❤❤❤

Thanks, very nice analysis 😉
I also think that the i20N is the sucessor of the 90s civics. Boomer the rest is not independent.
Lets also wait to see how strong is the engine.
😍😍😍
does your i20n stock?
Just a GPF delete
@@TheRoyalmatt why dont you choose to change downpipe instead of gpf delete!?
Which app do you use for the infotainment?
It’s OEM infotainment 😉
Is stock?
Just a GPF Delete 😉
I literally have the same car ^^
THE GEAR CHANGES NEED TO BE DONE ALOT QUICKER 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Dude... smh
