Yeah I've flown star lux, on the a350 biz. I can say its a far better product overall than long-haul EVA.
I had hoped to fly Starlux to Bangkok from the US. Award seats didn't work out so I'm going out on Singapore Air but coming back on EVA. The timing worked better and the two one-way tickets were cheaper than a round trip. Maybe I will get the chance to try Starlux next year.
Singapore Airlines is a fine alternative! Same with EVA! You won't be disappointed.

I think they never try to fix the wireless charging problem, I heard this issue since the Starlux available in Taiwan😂.
Starlux Airlines needs to add doors for more privacy. Like Delta Airlines does.
