The biggest mistake Marcia Clark made and to the defense team’s credit is she began trying to disprove the defense’s case instead driving the evidence and facts. The timeline should have been the core component in the prosecutions case and then fit the evidence around the timeline. Instead you get thousands of fragmented pieces of evidence and facts that were all over the place. The defense team had a story line: rush to judgment. They drove that narrative all the way to the bank.

If Kato is going to imply or directly say OJ did it without a smoking gun and without it being factually proven that OJ did it then Kato needs to pay OJ back for that free room. With interest. Who is he to judge OJ? I can't even get free room from my own parents and siblings.

An hour and a half was the timeframe he didnt see OJ? Just enough time to murder 2 people, blood all over the place at the crime scene..no blood in the Bentley.. OJ gets home cleans up, drops a bloody glove in the back yard.. gets in the Bronco..leaves blood there and seems lonely when Kato sees him at 1130? How about OJ son murdered them, let OJ know he did something bad.. OJ goes there and sees the aftermath and leaves?? OR while OJ is in Chicago Mark Furhman jumps the gate without a warrant and drops a glove, drops a spot of blood in the Bronco(not realizing Kato and OJ actually drove the BENTLEY that night)...

@@PardonMyPresence Very over whelming. First off the man is showing his guilt by the famous car chase, Innocent men don't run. Then there's the 108 exhibits of DNA evidence and 61 drops of blood that are mixed between all three. That also includes hair follicles and clothing fibers mixed between all three. If OJ wasn't a celebrity and most importantly if he was white he would have been found guilty. Certainly, race played a part.
